Shortly before the plumbers arrived, Amy called me to let me know they were on their way & gave me their names. They arrived within the timeframe I was given. Our toilets stopped flushing properly the night before. (Thank God this didn't happen on a Friday night.). I told the plumbers what was going on and they quickly assessed that there was a problem with the main line. They were able to snake it from the cleanout line outside and didn't have to get up on the roof. After they were done, they asked me to flush the toilets to make sure they were fine and asked me again to flush them to make sure nothing came back up. The whole process only took around 30 min. I would recommend J&J if you are in the need of a plumber!

I was not in a place to talk on the phone and, while i did not convey that to whomever was texting me back, they did not attempt to push me into a phone conversation. I appreciated this gesture alone. Instead, they answered all my questions, gathered the information, and set an appointment with me online. This was very convenient! The plumber arrived on time and, he even called before he arrived to conform my address. He quickly ascertained the problem; explained it to me; and went to work. My refrigerator was hard to pull out. The plumber did not give up and leave. He patiently helped wedge the refrigerator out!
