Cut the lining to get access for the repair and sewed it back up.

I paid $100 to get my wife's leather motorcycle jacket fixed. The jacket needed the sleeves and shoulder stitched. Robert cut the lining of the jacket only to sew the shoulder seam and forgot to sew the sleeves. He told my wife to bring the jacket back and he would fix it. He then accused her of bringing a different jacket. I also had three boots fixed here. He did an average/decent job on the boots. Slightly overpriced and takes along time for the repair. It costs $75 to replace the rubber heal cap on my boots.

    New sole and heel

They did a great job. I brought in a pair of boots I got at a thrift shop 10 years ago. The soles had come completely unglued from the upper, the heel was worn down, and some of the stitching was coming undone. He replaced the base of the heel, removed the unglued sole to replace it with a much more sturdy and non-slip option, and restitched the leather. They were ready almost a full week before estimated. They look and feel great! I will likely get 10+ more years of wear out of these now. Highly recommended!

Robert is the best! If you need any high-end pieces repaired, he's your go-to. He left me absolutely speechless with the repair of my vintage Chanel bag--it looks brand new! This is definitely the place to trust with your treasured items.

    repaired platform soles

Robert repaired a few of my platform goth boots with amazing expertise and detail! Even the non-leather ones which are cheaper and the platform soles had come off... I don't have a before picture but he repaired a doc marten zipper that you can't tell the difference from the original, keeping their branded zipper and re-soling my prized everyday boots.

Did a great job fixing the sole on one of my old bowling shoes. The turnaround was fast, and the cost was much lower than I expected.

I was bummed out because I loved the jacket so I didn't want to return it or have the zipper completely replaced.

Luckily, I came across this place and decided to give it a try and the best decision. Sako was amazing. Super friendly, honest, and took the time to explain what needed to be done. He made the whole process easy and stress-free. Within 24 hours, he texted me that the shoes were ready for pickup, which was impressive. Not only did he double-stitch the areas that were falling apart and make them solid again, but he also cleaned the shoes, which was a really nice touch. They looked great when I picked them up. Fast turnaround, quality work, and great customer service. I'll definitely be coming back here for any future shoe repairs and highly recommend this place to anyone in the area!

The…read moreemployee who first helped me was polite and professional, and I was told the job would take about 10-15 minutes, so I decided to stay in the shop and wait. My mistake was not asking for the price upfront because, honestly, I never imagined that adding a few simple holes to belts would turn into one of the most ridiculous service experiences I've had in a long time. A little later, another man walked in, probably the owner. The atmosphere immediately changed. When the work was finished and I asked how much I owed, he casually said "$70." For a second, I genuinely thought I misunderstood him. Seventy dollars for nine holes in leather belts that took less than five minutes total. When I questioned the price, he started giving me explanations about how the belts are expensive, designer items and therefore they have to charge more "in case something goes wrong" and they would supposedly need to replace them. He repeatedly emphasized "$8 per hole," as if this was some highly specialized luxury procedure rather than simply punching a tiny hole through leather. What made the explanation even harder to take seriously is that the work itself was extremely basic. No restoration, no stitching, no custom resizing, no craftsmanship involved beyond a quick hole punch. I literally didn't even finish my chess game while waiting. The entire thing was done almost immediately. I completely understand businesses charging fair prices for skilled labor and quality work. That's not the issue here. The issue is feeling like the price was made up on the spot the moment they realized the belts were Ferragamo. Whether they charge $2 or $14 per hole changes absolutely nothing about the so-called "risk" they were talking about. The whole interaction left a very unpleasant impression. Instead of transparency and straightforward pricing, it felt opportunistic and unnecessarily greedy. Had they simply told me the cost beforehand, I would have walked out immediately and gone elsewhere. I paid because the work was already completed and I didn't want to argue any further, but charging $70 for something this simple is absurd. Completely overpriced, poorly justified, and honestly disappointing. Definitely not recommended.
