He did give me a list of apps that people use for various white noises. His assistant was suffering from Tinnitus and was way more helpful than Dr. Stevens. Sleep is a huge factor with my tinnitus but when I tried to explain things that work or don't, he had absolutely nothing to offer other than saying "The only thing unique about your Tinnitus is your approach to it." I would avoid this Dr. I was going to get my ears checked with his clinic, but I cannot support them.

After being told by Kristy that you were offering me the position--and being encouraged to "be ready to negotiate" because she knew you were going to offer me the lowest wage on your pay scale--I was surprised and confused when the moment I began discussing compensation, the offer was withdrawn. At no point during either of my interviews did you speak to me about pay, so to claim that it had already been discussed to your hiring manager was inaccurate. And your hiring managers don't have the authority to decide pay? Ha. I rearranged my day, pushed through physical pain, and showed up on very short notice--twice--to demonstrate my interest and professionalism. I was respectful, flexible, and prepared, even though you weren't. To be told I was hired and going over details to start in 3 days, only to have the offer revoked within minutes of a basic compensation conversation, speaks volumes--not just about how candidates are treated, but possibly why you're struggling to retain staff, as was repeatedly mentioned. You also left it wishy-washy on a Friday afternoon, leaving me to wonder the whole weekend if I'm still hired or not, only for you and Kristy to never respond. "People just don't want to work these days." Am I right? As someone with a decade of experience, I know my value--and I also know when I've been treated unfairly. I hope you take this as an opportunity to reflect on how you handle hiring moving forward, although after several disrespectful and unprofessional interactions with you, my hopes aren't high. P.S. Take a look at questions that are legal/illegal to ask during an interview. My issue is that when you are referred to a specialist you expect that specialist to have some specialist information. My ENT just shrugged and offered really no help. When I finally got in 6 weeks after I notified them of complications, my cone beam scan showed a blockage of my sinus and retained fluid in my sinuses. I was given a course of antibiotics and no one from his office followed up with me. My primary contacted the office to follow up with Dr. Skarada because she was worried about the absence of a care plan. It took 7 weeks for Dr. Skarada to make time to speak with her about my care. I have been suffering with debilitating migraines from the sinus pressure since April when the complications began and there is no concrete plan for my care moving forward with Modern Nose. I had to make an appointment at another ENT because of the absence of follow up care with Dr Skarada's office even after getting my primary doctor involved.
