I'm pretty certain they must have fired several employees because I had a wonderful experience from start to end. Scheduling was a breeze, after I got off the phone I went onto their website and was able to print the new patient forms so I could have them ready ahead of time as I was going on my lunch break. When I arrived the intake gal was very friendly but not overly and in a freakish way like some can be lol I had to wait maybe 6-8 minutes for the doctor to come in. She was kind and didn't rush which I appreciate it. She was happy to answer my questions and I felt happy with the end result and her diagnosis. I will absolutely continue to use them as my ENT. Then reporting it to owner and she states services were still rendered so payment is still required. Then having to repost this review 74 separate times because the doctor is trying to hide what happened. The next step is going to the Oregon Board of Natropathic Medicine. I work full time, just started a full time Masters program, still dealing with extreme fatigue which was the main reason for my visit and I'm STILL trying to get some kind of resolution. I thought Taxman was a good doctor but he was horrible, self flattering, snide, and indifferent to helping me. I'm still flabbergasted because I thought I was choosing a good doctor who could guide me to other good doctors and give me advice. I did not get that at all. He could have rescheduled me with someone else if he knew he wasn't going to help me. People get away with things because they rely on others being quiet about it and I won't be silenced. Here are some more details I initially left out of the below review because Taxman seemed confused. While I was having a panic attack he held up his wedding ring hand in front of him and waved his hand around showcasing his ring-- I'm not sure why he thought that was appropriate? What does his relationship status have to do with my appointment? Is this standard for all his appointments? He seemed confused, I told him while in the middle of a panic attack I'm not here to date you??? I'll continue to repost this until the end of time, no patient should have to deal with this and then pay $800/hour My appointment with Dr.Taxman was incredibly disappointing. I had a small panic attack at the beginning of the appointment, when I recovered I looked up and his head was tilted down and eyes looking up glaring at me... he looked angry? We just sat there and stared at eachother for maybe 60 seconds until I broke off the stare off. It was scary, bizarre, and cruel. Nothing warrants that response from a doctor. I asked about my issues, I have year round allergies I asked about and he shrugged and mentioned one drug, that was it. We went over two prescriptions I have, he said wow that's a high dosage when referring to my antidepressant, he did not elaborate. There was a knot on my throat he said he would be willing to see through till the end-- I'm OK, I'll go to another doctor. It's clear he didn't want me in the appointment and he had an attitude the majority of the time. He rolled his eyes twice while I was talking. I read glowing reviews from other patients who he's helped with similar issues before booking. There were STILL several other issues but I'll leave it at that, he seemed confused by the purpose of the visit. I overestimated his abilities as a professional and as a doctor. Taxman has weak character and questionable moral compass if this is how he treats people/patients. Edit: I went to a real doctor and turns out my insomnia/extreme fatigue is from perimenopause, started HRT and my sleep has improved immensely. I didn't expect Taxman to know that necessarily but his suggestion for my sleep issues was that I was bored... and to stop taking day naps...and 6 hours of sleep is normal for some people... Since I said I was going to report my experience with Taxman to the Oregon Board of Natropathic Medicine because Dr Harding and Annie Grossarth weren't doing anything to help me they cancelled my Cymbolta appointment with a different doctor. So if a doctor does anything similar to you and you report it you'll probably be denied access to healthcare here... How many other patients have had similar issues here and they couldn't defend themselves. Try giving patients kindness and dignity, get some ethics training as an organization. Anyways, this place is a JOKE Update 9/3/2026: I nullified my complaint with investigator Doug Cook from the Board of Naturopathic Medicine regarding Taxman. I oscillate between empathy for others and self respect. How I was treated was disgusting but ultimately I don't think his lack of respect, lack of empathy, lack of professionalism, lack of many other things should be on his permanent record. We all have power in this world, we should use it for good instead of whatever the hell this place and this doctor is doing.

Dr. Anderson and his team were professional , friendly, kind, and went out of their way to make me comfortable before, during, and after the procedure. I was a bit apprehensive that Medicare no longer allows the procedure to be done under a general anesthetic, but the procedure took 5 minutes for two injections and the local that was administered took away over 95% of any discomfort. I highly recommend Dr. Anderson and Cascade Spine Center.

Mom died half a year earlier and I thought I was going to lose my Dad too (it was a difficult year). Other times there were "miscommunications" about expected charges (besides regular cleanings and fillings I've needed a few crowns and a root canal). I'd recommend ALWAYS getting a written estimate and holding on to it. Last summer a filling came out while I was out of state. I left a question on the office voicemail after-hours. I woke up the next day to find they had scheduled me for an appointment without speaking to me and they were unhappy I didn't make an appointment that I never made. They also were always leaving messages at the last minute asking me to come in earlier or later. As a caregiver who also works for the State it's really difficult to get away or change my schedule at last minute. I found out from my new dentist they also sent a snarky note along with my records.
