They forgot to spray my garage also they did not replace the glue traps in the garage. They fail to address their shortcomings. Tommy is the absolute best! EcoStar in general is always very responsive if/when the need arises. Normally they get everything controlled in their quarterly visits, but bugs are bugs (especially ants), and when I call, they respond quickly and within the window they said they'd be there. Pete (who I am pretty sure is the franchise owner) steps in when the office is swamped and takes/returns calls, etc. Great organization.
