When I was first deciding who to pick to do the surgery the staff part was an important factor for me. The first time I ever went to his office, his office manager, Patti, had a cold and didn't want to get anyone sick. So she had other people bring me in person whatever it was that I was supposed to have. That little gesture as well as the kindness and concern I picked up from her and other staff impressed me. I searched for doctors for about a year before having the procedure. Dr Bianchi was recommended by someone in the Neuro-Opthalmology department at NYU Langone Medical Center.
