Ordered pizza for delivery from here based on the reviews (while in town on a trip), and wanted to support local instead of going with a chain pizza place and it was not good.... and SUPER expensive. A large BBQ chicken pizza, a large supreme, and an order of cheese bread with delivery fee and tip was just under $100. Yep, you read that right -- $100. After that price tag, I guess we also had a heighten expectation of the quality of the pizza. The pizza was overcooked, the meat wasn't very good quality, the overall taste was off. We had a group of 7 and not one person said they liked the pizza -- and we had tons leftovers we needed up tossing out (which hardly ever happens). I appreciated the service provided here today! When they rung me up the deal wasn't added to the receipt but the Manager quickly addressed it sorted the issue and made me whole. Then when I got to my car and checked my order I noticed the pizza had the wrong toppings. They remade the pizza for me in 10 minutes. Yeah, some things didn't go perfect with this order but they got it fixed quickly and professionally with great attitudes the whole time. Importantly this all happened on a Friday evening while they were very busy and they took it in stride. Often people get frustrated when you return a product during busy business hours or you have to wait forever, not hear. Great service Great pizza! read more

The pizza is full of flavor. We had a bacon and pepperoni as well as supreme our first time trying them. Both were delicious and their breadsticks were just as good. They are not affiliated with the other Pizza Pizazz stores. I called to order a pizza and wanted to know if I could get the pizza 50/50 with hawaiian and all meat. They said I could, but it would need to be an 18 inch pizza. I said ok. I also ordered bbq wings. So, he told me it would be $81.81. I questioned why it would be so much (I did not have a price list in front of me). He rambled on about it being a specialty pizza and being split and it is bigger... I said ok anyway ( I was in a hurry). When I got there he said it could have been $10 cheaper if I had ordered two large pizzas instead of the split. Thanks for telling me when I was ordering. There is no ambiance as you can't sit and the counter is a piece of plywood and next to it are a bunch of figurines. After I got home I went to figure out why it cost so much. I was thinking an 18 inch pizza is pretty big so maybe it isn't such a bad deal. A specialty 18 inch pizza is listed at $32 (this isn't looking good. The wings aren't listed, but probably go for $15. Anyway, an 18 inch pizza is 20% smaller than 2 large pizza. So how did I end up paying so much? I figured how this guy screwed me is that he charged me for a whole 18 inch pizza but only put the all meat $32 (or hawaiian). Then he counted all the ingredients for the other side and charged me for each ingredient as if they were being put on a whole 18 inch pizza. I figure I should have paid less than $53. In my quest to find the perfect pizza I visited the pizza Pizzaz (Spanaway location). There is so much potential for this place to be a six star. Their crust is really really good. A NICE chew but not too thick. There is an addition to the crust I can't quite discern, honey? I don't know but a really nice subtle after taste. Their marinara sauce is good. Could be just a bit more zippy. The quality of the vegetable toppings is really good. The meat toppings is where this place falls short. Very average and looks like what comes on frozen pizzas. Don't get me wrong pizzaz pizzas are good. And if you calculated a $ per square inch they may be the least expensive in the region (probably why the meat is very average). But this place could OWN the pizza market if they improved on the quality of meat used, and maybe up the cheese blend too? Their pizza rolls are as advertised, outstanding. Possibly better than the za. Bread sticks are also really good. You get a nice chew, nicely seasoned. I suspect their cheese-bread would be "off the hook". This place is busy as I went there to order then wait. Saw many deliveries and pickups. When my food was near done cooking they dropped my order on the floor. I'm right there and could tell it was my order. So wait longer I did. A word to the owner, everyone makes mistakes. Own up to it, don't be sheepish. Usual courtesy would be to offer a soda while waiting or thrown in some xtra pizza rolls when remaking my order, but nada. Maybe because I wasn't wearing fatigues?
