So happy to have found a good pizza place! The jalapeño poppers are the ones that you get at the frozen section, the stuffed cream cheese kind and the wings were average but the pizza is so good. It's my pet peeve when pizzas have "cheese bald spots" which you can expect from pizza chains but not here. The cheese coverage is perfect. The regular crust isn't dry and isn't greasy so I really like it. So flavorful and it was actually very good price wise much more value than other non chain pizza shops. Ordered through Grubhub tonight and my order was 40 minutes late, cold, and missing my dessert. I had to call to see where my order was after it was 10 minutes late and was told it would be here any minute and it was not. The driver called and let me know he left it outside my door. Do not order delivery from yelp!!! I went to yelp delivery and placed an order for what I assumed was a delivery order...since I hit the delivery options on yelp. But, it turned out to be a pick up order. I put some of the blame on myself for not being extra diligent on the order, but most of the blame goes to yelp for leading me to believe I was directed to a delivery order. Great pizza for the price. The 18" is huge! Unfortunately, my hot wings arrived *very* soggy from being inside the takeout container. They're baked/broiled rather than breaded/deep fried so they didn't hold up very well. They also weren't very hot, only had a tiny amount of sauce, and the ranch that I paid extra for didn't come with my order. The wings were extremely tender and flavorful, though! Also, I paid $1.49 for a "20oz Pepsi product" and accuracy received a 16.9oz bottle. :/ I'd definitely give them another chance, because the pizza is really good for the price and the delivery was quicker than I was originally told. read more

I placed an order for carry-out through their online webpage, paid with my card and then drove to find the restaurant closed and locked up even though it was only eight o'clock at night! Called the number and it went to voicemail. Finally was able to get my credit card refunded by having to chat with the eats24 staff. We have ordered through them on average 5-6 times a month at an average of $50.00 a delivery. Their pasta is good, pizza, not so much. However, we had a second delivery that had burned top layers on their chicken alfredo and when Eats24 contacted them to have them remade and the extra sauce we ordered, delivered, they refused to make the situation right. They said it was made correctly, although, we had to throw both orders away. Apparently burned top layers on your chicken alfredo is done "correctly" to them! Yuck! So much for taking care of your frequent loyal delivery customers. We will order from Amente' and have told our 20 friends about Robin Hood Pizza in Kent about our experience and they have lost their business too! So unprofessional. Their large pepperoni is an amazing deal - way better than the chain places like Domino's, at a similar price point. My wife loves the wings as well. I ordered the Three Meat Pizza, it was decent. I cannot complain. It was fairly priced and available late at night! I also ordered the Italian Cheese Bread with dipping sauce. Super yummy with marinara!! I also ordered the Pistachio Cheese cake, it was not too bad. It seemed like it was almost store bought, but it was still good even if that is the case. :) Overall, I gave it a 4/5 star. It was good for the price, and I would reorder again if I felt too lazy to cook and wanted cheap food. But I do wish the food was a little more gourmet. Also, there delivery guy was nice. Will never order from them again. Don't know who is to blame, the restaurant or the driver, but ordered a pizza ($30 isn't "cheap"), only to have it take almost two hours to deliver. Three phone calls later... They tell us the driver can't find us. Originally, the restaurant tells us the driver left 50 minutes before it finally gets to our house. The driver claimed 10 minutes. We live a few minutes away... Had to talk her on to our street. Pizza was overcooked, cold, and inedible. Have complaints in to delivery company (Beyond Menu) and restaurant.... Ordered this place for the first time, super hungry so we ordered the XL teriyaki pizza and surprisingly it was good, never tried teriyaki on pizza before but the taste profile was balanced at a good ratio. But we had 3 slices each and we were stuffed! Had probably 8-9 slices leftover. My husband had it for dinner the next day, would definitely order from here again. It seems like Robin Hood has fractured into different ownership within the last few years, and this location offers some items that the others don't. I order here occasionally for work delivery and have never had a problem except for long wait times (over an hour is normal). Their pizza is more or less the same as the Auburn location except they offer an 18" size and have more choices like Indian style pizzas. The only problem with this is that their oven is calibrated for the larger size, so while they come out perfectly, the smaller 14" pizzas tend to be a bit overcooked. We like ordering the 18" Jumbo Supreme, which has lots of cheese and toppings. Overall, it seems that they've improved recently so I will continue to order. read more

I recently moved to Des Moines and thought I would try Robin Hood after I passed by it a couple of times. I ordered delivery and it took an hour to get here. It said 45-60minutes so that I expected. What I didn't expect was my pizza to be cold when I got it, and slightly burned. Granted the pizza was still fairly good. My salad was also warm when I got it and didn't have any dressing. The delivery guy was nice but doesn't make up for cold pizza and warm salad. read more

We have been in the market for a new pizza place in our area and tried Robin Hood Pizza based on Yelp reviews. Like other reviewers, I was a bit skeptical about a place on Pac Highway. I'm so glad that I gave them a chance! We got pepperoni, 3 meat, and tandoori chicken pizzas and cheese bread sticks. Wow! Everything was so good. The crust was perfect. We will likely order extra cheese next time, but the cheese is high-quality and tasty. The tandoori chicken pizza was soooo good - definitely a first for us but not the last. The pizzas are huge, so we have lots of leftovers. And the delivery? Amazing! We actually placed our order ahead of time online (last night) using the Beyond Menus service that Robin Hood Pizza uses and selected the time and day that we wanted. This place is amazing! I found it on eat24 while looking for different food places that would deliver to my area and their pizza is the best I've had and their staff is incredibly nice and helpful. If you're tired of the same old pizza I suggest trying any of their pizzas Indian style but my favorite pizza is the new York steak pizza. I will never order from a pizza Hut or domino's as long as I have the chance to order from Robin hood pizza. read more
