Hunter was super patient and very kind. It's a nice facility. I highly recommend their archery range.

Great people, service, and products. Little more money than the box store price wise but worth every penny you pay.

They were patient, professional, and friendly while helping me to select a bow (ended up going with a Mathews Z3).

Thus why they took the time necessary time to set it up correctly for me. My incredible experience started when I walked in the door. Everyone took time to greet me, seeing if I had any needs as trying to get a feel for the place. Nevertheless, I saw them offer the same caring of service to other new customers that arrived after me , and the customers they did know were all greeted by first names. I felt like I was on an episode of Cheers. When it came time to fit me, they selected a number of bows, ones for me to test fire and get a feel for. Despite thinking I walked into the shop with a preference for one brand, it was not the bow brand I chose. As the day went on, my primary bow salesman worked to tune the chosen bow to my needs. I was impressed by this shop. It was loaded with bow technicians, and each one offered feedback and or technical knowledge to both my bow salesman and to me. I learned so much from the team members of this shop, and I witnessed levels of customer service that cannot be matched. Yes, they appeared to know everyone who walked in, and it was how they delt with customers that they didn't know and or the ones that were disgruntled that spoke volumes. A girl came in with her boyfriend's bow and him on speaker phone. I can only say he was less than cordial, cussing over the phone and ranting about his older bow string--behavior that was tasteless and heard by all in the store. I expected to hear the employees talk about him or turn him away, especially given the fact that he wasn't there to begin with. Instead, I watched a young man working there take the togue lashing before defusing the situation with Roadhouse's "Be Nice" approach. He immediately took the guy's bow, placed it in the vice, and rectified the issue in a few minutes. The issue then became the guy's absence. What I learned: Take your own bow in with an arrow and your release when getting fine tune work done. Off and on I would leave my barstool to shoot more arrows, working to tune the bow with my awesome salesperson. Nevertheless, the more I both sat and watched the absolute professionalism of each team member, the more I appreciated my purchase. These guys worked to solve any problem presented to them; they gave constant feedback and aid to one another despite what they were working on; and each took help from one another, showing not only humility, but also a willingness to meet their customers' needs both efficiently and professionally. I said all of this to hopefully both help someone find an awesome archery shop and to support your local brick and mortar small business. Finally, the icing on the cake was watching League Night take place. It started off with kids, which was awesome to see so many young ones entering the sport and having such an encouraging atmosphere to learn and to grow. The adult league was similar. There was no air of arrogance; from compound to recurve, people congregated, having an awesome time and learning from both one another and the staff, so you can meet other archers with varying skill levels. Now that you've finished my book length review, what are you waiting for? Get up and go visit these guys. You won't be disappointed, and you're not turned away for being just a wall flower and learning. By the way, did I say that I was from out of state--South Carolina, and I wish I lived closer to these guys.

I was always told this place is ran by power tripping ranger masters. My first trip here and I…read moredidnt see that. They do have some rules a little excessive in my opinion, but hey- they're all about the safety; cant be mad at that. As long as you're safe and willing to follow the rules, you'll have a good time. Some of the clientele was a little snobby thou. The guy next to me with a single shot 22 was constantly complaining about "all the brass" from my rifle. I guess no one should have a 30 rounder, And yes my rifle spits brass far. It's a gun range dude, stop your crying. He tried to puff his little chest... really? At a place where everyone is armed? You want to start a argument? That tells me all I need to k ow about you. So- watch out for these types of folks here; haven't ran into this at any other range, was odd. A couple other people seemed put off by another guy with a Kalashnikov... again; public gun range people, stop crying. The range its self was very clean and alot of staff. Made it a little easier to keep watch over my family shooting with the officials watching everyone to make sure no one was getting crazy/dangerous. I would easily say if you know how standard firearm safety, the right kind of safety, how to correctly handle a firearm, and you're familiar with basic range rules, it wont be to big of a stretch for you here. Its WAY closer than any other outdoor range for me, unless you count wildcat type... not for me anymore.
