We wanted to switch things up for date night. We tried this for the first time! Private class for an hour. It wasn't bad at all. Ally was nice and super friendly! She made the experience fun and enjoyable. No questions was a dumb question. We were able to ask it all. She even took photos of us when we asked. Love that they have classes and ability to rent or buy equipment. Something we are considering in the next 3 months. It's about $150 for a 6 week course 1 hour a week per person. Not too bad. Especially since you can rent the equipment. Highly recommend this place if you are look for a friendly place to practice. Overall a great experience! We will be returning in the near future.

This was a fun experience. I had never done archery before, so I had no real expectations. My friend purchased a Groupon and invited me here on a Saturday with her family. There were two other groups of 4, making it a total of 12 in our afternoon class. With any activity that can cause injury, this required us to sign a waiver before we began. We were asked if we were left or right handed and given the appropriate bow. The instructor gave us an overview of how to hold the bow, place the arrow (though I did need to get some clarification), and how the shooting would proceed. I liked that there were clear instructions on when to begin shooting our arrows and when to safely retrieve them after everyone was done with their 4 arrows. The instructor came around and adjusted our bow to how we were shooting. My favorite part towards the end was when we blew up a balloon and put it on our board for target practice. I was not the best shooter there, but I was so excited when I hit my balloon on my first try! The only real negative is how hot it was in the space, they had a fan running but I was so sweaty by the time we finished up. I can see how this would be more fun doing a class and learning more skills.

Friendly and Knowledgable Staff, Nice Clean Shop With Indoor Range! Friendly staff for sure is the most notable thing in my humble honest opinion. Each time I have come in the staff has been super friendly and helpful with my archery needs. They got me a string my my crazy weird Oneida Stealth bow that had to be special ordered. This shop is also organized and clean as well! A good selection of bows and accessories. I saw the indoor range and it is a good range with some good distance for a nice AC cooled indoor range. They also offer archery classes here for those new to archery or looking to possibly improve form and skill level. This is a nice archery shop on the east side of the building in this little industrial area.

Amazing service. Jesse was incredibly helpful and did not make me feel weird at all being a first time archery enthusiast. He 100% went above and beyond to help me understand the shooting techniques and adjust the bow. Also love Travis the manager. He's an optimistic and you can tell all the employees enjoy their day, even though it's busy.

This place is a lot of fun. It started when I picked up a Groupon for the intro class. I went with a friend and it made for a fun day out. They offer six week lessons for different skill levels or you can practice on their 30 yard indoor range to help refine your skills. They also have a Junior Olympic Archery Development for kids. Archery Headquarters has actually been around since the 90's. Recent movies like Hunger Games and LOTR have really brought archery back into the spotlight. I've been taking one of the classes and have really seen some improvement in my shooting technique. They also have balloons and zombie dummies that you can shoot at for fun. If you need gear, they have a store where you can pick up pretty anything you need.

Took the 1hr intro class with a friend. Ally was a delight! Seriously such a great instructor and such a fun class. Will definitely be going back and bringing more friends. Super excited to try cosmic archery next!

Bought a groupon deal for my husband and I to spend our anniversary day date. We had a wonderful time! The instructor was very friendly. We definitely will come back!

I had to stand in line for FORTY FREAKING MINUTES while those guys at the counter jabberred and jabberred like best buddies having a beer about the merits of this weapon or that one. I have SERIOUS back issues and it was shear freaking misery for me to do this. I told the guy who finally waited on me, "Hey, man. I know you don't run this place, but my wait to buy these primers was just NOT ACCEPTABLE. Perhaps you ought to have two lines? One for lookie lous and one for people who actually want to BUY SOMETHING?" I made a point of being calm and nice, even though my back was afire. I told him politely that they would NEVER see my face again at that counter. I'd rather pay the UPS hazard fee than stand in line for 45 minutes. That's a NO BRAINER. The guys who run that place HAVE NEVER THOUGHT ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS' EXPERIENCES. Not. Ever. That's why they s**k.

You'll probably end up buying more than what you plan on, so be ready. This location boasts 2 floors, with everything from kayaks to baseball bats and shoes for every sport to clothing for the kiddos. They carry major brand names such as Yeti, Hydroflask, Nike, Puma, etc. I was pleasantly surprised to also find ratchet tie downs for pick up trucks in the kayak/SUP section. They had a great sale going on before the 4th. I was able to snag my life vest for just $20! I won't be using it too much, but you gotta be safe no matter what! I was browsing around and trying on different brands when an employee asked if I needed any help. I politely declined. I did drop a star due to the fact that when I checked out, there was only one register open. There were about 3 of us behind the person who was paying. Eventually, another register opened up so I was out and about in a few minutes. I would have also liked to see scanners throughout the store to check prices. There is an abundance of parking in the lot outside. Employees are friendly and they offer a military discount when you show your valid I.D. I would recommend coming in for all of your sporting good needs!

There was quite a selection, and I was looking for a specific design so I looked for an employee who went through a lengthy process on the hunt for the tumbler I picked out. I unfortunately do not remember his name, but he had blonde hair I believe and was fairly tall compared to me lol. I have OCD, so I analyze every detail when I buy something. Or just everything in general. After he had recommended the Yeti Rambler and a few others, I ultimately decided on that one. This was when the probably most odd adventure at Dick's began of finding the tumbler color I liked that had the least amount of markings, dings, imperfections, etc. There were quite a few of that specific tumbler color, & it took a decent amount of time to finally decide on one. After pulling out every color of that size of mug I decided on, I narrowed it down to a few, but was still struggling due to some very minor markings I saw. I had asked for his help more than a few times to see if he could spot any markings on them and he crouched onto the floor with me, looking at them and pointing out what appeared to be the best option while I rotated the tumbler to look at it with the lighting at certain angles. Not only did this employee take the time and patience to help me, but went as far as getting me a wet and dry paper towel to see if a tiny dot of a smudge would wipe off -spoiler: it did indeed come off- but I really sincerely appreciate how understanding he was about the situation and how far he went to help me. I'd imagine a majority of people on this planet would go mad trying to help someone pick a tumbler for over an hour, but there was no judgment on his part and was very kind. I also left with an awesome tumbler thanks to him, and slightly embarrassed/guilty for the probably agonizing experience he had to go through lol, but still was very kind throughout all of it. Here is the "the chosen one" I have happily brought home!
