the whole experience with this shop from start to finish was top notch and I would recommend them…read moreto anyone. everyone there was very friendly and helpful, work was done sooner than anticipated, they kept us informed every step of the way with email updates and phone calls if something came up (it was always for the better when something came up, such as having the car done sooner than planned), and they even arranged our rental for us and handled all the insurance hassle. not to mention the work was impeccable and they even detailed the inside of the car (even though it was a mess inside when I dropped it off which I feel bad about because I didn't know they were going to do that, sorry guys!). I have not even one tiny gripe to mention. I hope I don't have to use their services again but if I do I wouldn't go anywhere else.

After Abra installed a new hood, less than 6 months later, my "new" hood has over 20 "chips" in it. They claimed it was stone chips, and would do nothing about it. The paint chips reveal that their paint job was exceptionally thin, and was the real reason for the chipping. I returned the vehicle, and the said that it was damage from stone chips. Just a convenient way to justify a cheesy paint job. I am going to look elsewhere to get it repainted, correctly. No excuse for cheap workmanship. My advice, get body work done someplace else. On the upside, the place is clean from the outside, and that is what drew me in, but don't be fooled.

And the fourth time they replaced them, within a week the same exact thing happened! When I asked why they were going bad they said they didn't know because they couldn't get into the system to find the problem. So they're not even doing their job to fix the problem or offer any other solutions to fix the problem. That's terrible business, does not build trust, & just taking advantage of people. I'm never taking my car there again! I recommend no one ever taking their vehicle there! I don't see how they're even still in business!
