And the fourth time they replaced them, within a week the same exact thing happened! When I asked why they were going bad they said they didn't know because they couldn't get into the system to find the problem. So they're not even doing their job to fix the problem or offer any other solutions to fix the problem. That's terrible business, does not build trust, & just taking advantage of people. I'm never taking my car there again! I recommend no one ever taking their vehicle there! I don't see how they're even still in business!

I thought it would be a nice alternative to traveling south of Grand Rapids for an oil change and tire rotation. Apparently they only do "scheduled" work... and their "quick lane" is usually scheduled at least two days out. I believe they fall short compared to dealerships which have an express lanes that are "first come first serve" and can help you with basic services when you need them.

Lon brought integrity, transparency, and genuine care to every interaction. Tracy, though not in an official title, worked tirelessly behind the scenes doing the jobs no one else wanted and caring for customers just as much as Lon did. They were restoring my faith in what a car dealership could be. Together, they created a culture of honesty and community that set this dealership apart. Without them, Graff has lost what made it special. I can no longer recommend supporting a business that treats its most dedicated people this way. I still love my Jeep, and don't regret my purchase, but will not be getting it serviced here in the future.

I went back to the shop for two more repair items on the same vehicle and brought attention to the issue. When made aware, the shop response was "how can you prove we did that" and said that they would conduct a diagnostic, however when it would be revealed that they didn't do it, I would be responsible for the labor costs. Rather than accept the two repair jobs I had brought to the shop, and rather than offer to help with some diagnostics in the wake of accusations questioning the shop's integrity, I got argued with by 3 employees in the lobby. Mind you, I never once raised my voice, lost my temper, or anything undignified like that. We're not lying, you are. That's what I've come to understand of the shop. That - and all vehicles I've had enter the shop leave with new issues. The two techs that worked on my vehicle are no longer there, either, so doesn't seem like they can keep a consistent trained wrench under their employ. HUGE lack of confidence in this shop techs, and less in the management. Regardless of what the break and fix is - as a manager I would be embarrassed to see my staff address clients that way. The only correct way to stand behind your work is to prove it is quality, not calling your customers liars when your integrity is questioned.

Then in the afternoon my husband reached out to the garage again and was told it was not in the garage yet. So, my husband waited all day from 7am to 4:45pm with no vehicle. When I got home at 4:45pm he had told me he hadn't heard anything. We decided we would go to the garage to see what was going on with our vehicle. When we got to the garage we were told it had just got in the garage and they were beginning to look at the vehicle. The guy in the office was a complete jerk and very disrespectful. He said to us "what do you want me to do call you every 5 minutes". I then reminded him that he hadn't even called us once. He said I don't know what you expect me to do we had 6 appointments that specific day. I asked him if he rather us go somewhere else. His reply was go someplace else. That is exactly what we did. Our vehicle needed brakes, tire sensors, rotate tires and a new reflector on the bumper. We will not go back there or recommend this place. Never had this issue in past with this garage.
