They don't return calls. I bought a vehicle from the owner and months later have not received the title. Shady business!

Within a time frame of 7-8 months I took my Pontiac Grand Prix there five times for the ignition coils going bad. They just kept replacing them & not actually fixing the problem. And the fourth time they replaced them, within a week the same exact thing happened! When I asked why they were going bad they said they didn't know because they couldn't get into the system to find the problem. So they're not even doing their job to fix the problem or offer any other solutions to fix the problem. That's terrible business, does not build trust, & just taking advantage of people. I'm never taking my car there again! I recommend no one ever taking their vehicle there! I don't see how they're even still in business! read more

We have been doing business with WMC for five years now, but do to something changing with them they don't seem to care anymore. We had a couple issues in the past with them not repairing our car correctly but this time we have to call it quits. We even called them and spoke with Liz and voiced our concerns but that didn't seem to get them to call us back to fix the problem. There not terrible just not great anymore. Maybe they are getting to big for there own britches. To bad it's hard to find a good mechanic. read more

I had my car towed overnight to West Michigan Collision after getting into an accident in a parking lot. The team there, Gary especially, was incredibly efficient and helpful, and got my quote to me the next business day morning. Unfortunately, the quote indicated that my car was totaled, so I did not proceed with the work, but they were happy to help the entire way through the process, as well as suggesting next steps for selling my demolished VW. I will definitely use them in the future, and refer friends and family to their location! read more

So let me give a review of my first and only experience I will have with West Michigan Collision. I had brought my car to them to get an estimate on how much it would cost me to get my front passenger door fixed which had just recently got a door ding from another car. Gary who had helped me which I assume was just the office guy because he was the one who took pictures and did the paper work for me was very helpful to start but obviously wasn't listening to everything I was saying. I had mention that the damage went from right above the door handle all the way down to the bottom of the door so when I dropped my car off later that night and got it back a day and a half later I had noticed while inspecting my car that they didn't even bother fixing the dent on the bottom of the door and there was also paint from the original damage still on my door handle. Gary then went and got John who is the "paint guy" and also the owner. John took a look at the dent and said I never mentioned the dent in the original quote and that Gary never took pictures of it so they can't fix it and that I need to make another appointment. I then proceeded to bring the car home and my family had taken a look at it and said the work was unacceptable and that I need to bring it back so I did. My father went with me the second time and pointed out everything they still needed to work on and I haven't even mentioned yet that the original dent that I went in for to get fixed WAS STILL THERE! Plus there was paint issues that they tried to fix from where the original damage was. John had mention it was hard to find a paint to match it and that all the work that needed to be redone he would fix. John THE OWNER stood behind his work and said we will get those issues fixed and that it's not a problem. AGAIN, now the third time I dropped my car off that night for them to work on it the next day. I get a call the next day that my car is done and again my father comes with me to take a look at it again and to no surprise the original dent was STILL THERE. Gary at the time was the one looking at it with us and he said there was no dent there and that he doesn't know what we are looking at. So my father mentioned for him to bring John out so Gary went to get John. By the way John claimed to us multiple times that he was the best in West Michigan. Gary returned to us but John refused to come out and then Gary proceeded to look at the car and say "well, that's as good as it is going to get", "looks good to us", "there's nothing else we can do". So with the dent still in the car Gary and John agreed that there work was "good enough". At this point my father and I are pretty heated and left only to get home and realize they had burned through my clear coat on my front passenger door where they were doing work and AGAIN we had to bring the car back. This time my mother came with and John was friendly to start and buffed out the clear coat and got that fixed and then he proceed to get mouthy with my mother and I when we had mentioned the dent still in the door. John basically said without actually saying it that we are delusional and that he doesn't know what we are looking at. While all this is going on Gary was in the background LAUGHING at us and then John himself started laughing at us. How disrespectful for an owner to laugh at a customer and basically say we are lying. Gary earlier had mentioned on the phone with my mom that they did the job wrong and John said he'd fix the issues and DIDNT! I still have a dent in my car that they swear is gone but can be seen clear as day and on top of that John (the owner) got so mouthy and rude with my mother and walked away and slammed the door in front of her and said "he's done". Honestly if I could give no stars I would. I have never felt so disrespected by an owner in my life. We went to get the door ding fixed and left without it fixed and now I have to go spend more money to get it fixed again because John believes his work is just "good enough". Hated it. Go anywhere else but here. They are liars and crooks and didn't fix my brothers car that he paid to have fixed. They slammed the door in our face when we said the dent was still visible. Yikes. Never have I been called a lair as a customer. read more
