In late September of 2017 my company moved to a new location in San Mateo. Regrettably, we did not have a great deal of time to plan for everything that had to be accomplished nor did we understand what was involved for a successful transfer of our Network, phones, computers, printers, etc. Upon meeting with Robust Network Solutions we had an immediate sense that they understood what we needed and what needed to be accomplished for a successful move of our IT systems, including the installation of new network, Wi-Fi, firewall, printers, computers, and phone system. Robust Networks went to work and communicated frequently about their progress and any information needs required to keep things moving. When we realized our new offices did not include any cabling, Robust was there to provide direction and assist us in coordinating the project. We were assigned a team of professionals who were organized and patient with those members in my office with little to no technology/computer experience. We are located in Downtown San Francisco and were in need of a new IT management company for our CPA firm due to the transition of our old provider. The changeover and on-boarding with Robust was efficient and quick while still providing a detailed review of our current system and potential improvements. If I could give Salem and the Robust team ten stars I would. I recently did an office move and was nervous about our phone system and computers being up and running immediately in our new suite because I have worked with vendors in the past who made our IT/Phone experience a nightmare. My experience with Salem and Robust was so easy and seamless! Salem was on top of our move every step of the way. He even coordinated our new service with our Internet provider and was available to make sure everything went smooth the day of our new internet service installation. Then there were the phones. Our last phone vendor couldn't figure out how to set up our phone system and they were in my office ALL DAY. I had to call my husband to come and help them figure it out and finally my husband got the phone system working. Then we had trouble with the phone connection with calls and service dropping for over a year. So you can imagine I was nervous about getting our phone system up and running. It literally took Salem 10 minutes....YES 10 minutes to have our phone system up and running AND our service is excellent! No dropped service or calls. In addition, Salem's follow through and turn around time was really impressive.
