At the time of this review I still do not have my ring. If I could give zero stars I would. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I took my antique ring to get repaired and have the stone replaced which was green tourmaline. I gave him a piece of tourmaline and the ring. One of the prongs had come loose and needed to be repaired along with the stone to be cut and polished and put in. He said it would take 2 weeks. I called after a week to check the progress. He said he had not even started on it. I called a week later. He said it would be done by the end of the week. I called at the end of the week. No answer. I went by and there was a sign that said he would be gone untill Tuesday which is today. I went by again. The sign is gone but the door is locked. The owner does not pick up the phone and his voicemail is full. It is now 3 weeks and I still do not have my ring. All I want is my ring back at this point so I can take it somewhere else. This ring is extremely important to me and is an antique. Do not use this guy. Worst experience ever!!!!!
