I've had two Triumph bikes at this shop and Aldo has done amazing work both times. He's goes above and beyond and is super kind. He's a Harley guy but was interested in learning more about Triumphs and helping me get them on the road, and safely. Very knowledgeable and wanting to learn more. It's a new shop and he keeps it really nice. Labor cost is reasonable, he hunted down a used Speedo for me since mine was dead, and everything is above and beyond. Super friendly, will talk things through with you... great communication before and during and very flexible. There's nothing negative to say and all positives. No way I'd let this shop touch my bikes. I walked into the shop to ask about getting some service done and no one was in there. I waited a few minutes for help. While I waited I noticed way too many bikes parked in a small space. It made me worry for each of the bike owners who had left their bikes there. I fully expect some of those bikes ended up going back to their owners with new scratches on them. That was my first impression, then to make it worse while I was waiting I heard some noises from the back so I walked that way to see if anyone was around and I saw a guy and a gal having way too much fun together in the back. Not appropriate behavior in a place of work. Not sure if it was the shop owner or what... and if they thought they had locked the door or what... but I turned around and walked out, I don't think they even knew I was there. If that behavior is standard practice I sure wouldn't recommend anyone stepping foot in that shop. Reading through some of the reviews above this seems like its to be expected there. I lost my key fob to my 08 FLSTC and didn't know the code to start the bike without it. I was told I had to ship my bike to Maui because we don't have a Harley dealership on the big island, and according to Harley they are the only ones that can reprogram my security system. WRONG ! Aldo was and is the man! In less than an hour he extracted the five digit code that was burried deep in the security modual and reprogrammed two new key fobs, and he's a great conversationalist. The guy knows his shit and of course saved me several thousand dollars. I ran a bike shop on the mainland and I would have hired Aldo if he came in looking for a job. Mahalo. read more
