My physical therapist was great at evaluating & educating me, giving me exercises that could be done at home, and got me back to 100% I was so pleased that I wanted to continue my physical therapy journey to address other problem areas with my hips and low back. I find Chad & Eric, along with the techs, to be very knowledgeable, intuitive, and kind. I always feel heard and receive explanations and treatment that produce results. Whether it is cupping, dry needling, massage, or the physical work of exercise I always feel better afterwards. They don't let me skimp on exercise, push me to do my best, and keep me accountable. I confirmed…read morewith the office that my procedure would be "covered," and they even framed a "test" injection as an easy next step--while admitting they weren't sure it would help--because, again, "it's covered." Afterward, my insurance paid $23. Then the clinic billed me $800. When I went back to ask them to honor what I was told--or at least work with me on price given their guidance--they refused. I asked about a self-pay option; they said no because my insurance had already paid $23. No flexibility, no ownership, no accountability. From my perspective, this is the definition of a bait-and-switch: reassure the patient about coverage to green-light the visit, deliver a token insurance payment, then dump the real cost on the patient and refuse to make it right. I left feeling misled and out hundreds of dollars for a "test" they weren't confident would help in the first place. Based on my experience, I can't recommend this practice to anyone. If you do go, get every "coverage" assurance in writing, ask for CPT codes up front, and verify directly with your insurer--because the verbal promises I received were worthless. I won't be back.

I then went on a 2 week camping trip where I re-injured my shoulder. After 4 weeks of physical therapy with Dr. Short, it's as good as new! There are a plethora of physical therapy offices here in the valley. There's no reason to go to…read moreone who isn't meeting your needs. Firstly, the staff at the front desk lie and make it as though you're the fool who got it wrong. You never get the same therapist twice, which makes it so a therapist needs to examine your chart so that they can remember who you are. I came here for my neck and lower back. I've gotten about 3 treatments on my neck so far. However, last week when Ava was going to do traction on my back, I asked her if she would do my neck as well. Her reply was a snippy "well, the order only is for your back, not your neck so we can't treat your neck." Funny thing tho, I've had my neck treated by other therapists at this facility. Now, all of a sudden, my order doesn't indicate my neck? Further, her tone in telling me this, as well as how she spoke with me in describing each exercise I was to do, was as if she were speaking to a toddler and not a grown woman. I've done these exercises many times and don't need to be explained on how to do them. As well, the client is never supervised while doing the exercises. Instead, the therapists are at tithe desk chit chatting and laughing. I called this morning to ask the front desk to please not put me with Ava again and that I was confirming my 12:00 appt for today. When I arrived, it was said to me, "oh no, your appt is at 1:30." We're all going to lunch now. The receptionist lied and told the head therapist that I never mentioned the time! These women don't listen to the clients when they call. It's as tho they're incapable of doing anything other than appointments which is sad. As well, I've informed them on numerous occasions and it's in my chart that I've had one knee replacement and bilateral hip replacements, yet time and time again, they gave me "pivoting" exercises to do, which couldn't be worse for hip replacement. Be extremely careful if you decide to go here. They don't know what they're doing!

I do home care for for a living and could never treat a human the way they do . Most of the staff deserve to rot alone one day . Like you treated my mother with me even being present multiple times a day everyday you still couldn't stop them...... unanswered calls, call lights, unanswered questions never had a plan never knew when my mother's wounds were gonna get changed. That was a fighting battle daily. i trusted you!!! You failed my mother horribly and her beautiful family who adored her .... SHAME ON YOU!!!!

I wish I could give this facility zero stars…read more The care my grandmother received here was deeply concerning and ultimately devastating for our family. She was only a resident for 12 days, and during that time my mother visited multiple times every single day--morning, afternoon, and often again in the evening. What she witnessed was alarming. My grandmother was not receiving the wound care that had been specifically ordered by her surgeon and physicians, and her ostomy bag was not being properly cleaned or maintained. My mother repeatedly raised these concerns with staff on a daily basis, yet there seemed to be little urgency or accountability. Despite our family's efforts to advocate for her, my grandmother's condition continued to deteriorate under their care. The most heartbreaking part is what happened next. My grandmother began hemorrhaging and was found around 5:30 a.m. Our family was never told that staff had waited approximately two hours before deciding to contact emergency personnel. We only learned about this delay after another staff member privately pulled my mother aside and informed her of what had occurred. The fact that such a critical delay was not disclosed to our family only adds to our concerns about the level of care and transparency provided by this facility. By the time she was transferred to the hospital, she required ICU-level care. Tragically, she passed away. Our family firmly believes that proper care, timely intervention, and adherence to her physicians' orders could have made a significant difference. Instead, we lost a beloved grandmother whose life mattered and deserved better. Because of the seriousness of these concerns, we have filed a complaint with the state and requested an investigation into this facility's practices. I would never recommend this facility to anyone. If you are considering placing a loved one here, I strongly encourage you to thoroughly research all available options. No family should have to experience the pain, heartbreak, and loss that ours has endured.
