In Portage I dealt with arrogant self important Dentist that thought all others were beneath him and not entitled to ask questions. Doctor Glass instructed me to have my friend at his office on Columbia Avenue at 8 AM and he would get him in. I stayed with my friend for a few minutes and to our surprise they called him into the exam room. Took a look at the tooth and decided that it would need to be removed in a few days. They were very polite and instructed him what to do. We followed up in two weeks and had the tooth removed. Great service and great customer service. We highly recommend Dr. Michael Glass.
