I thought this was a 24/7 phone to be answered due to family members loved ones. I live out of state & went to the facility over the weekend. It was awful. My brother had soiled clothes/bedding in his room with Nats flying all over the room. When I walked into his room, it looked like he tried to feed himself & was not successful. There was dry chicken on the floor & on his hair. Which made me think that NO ONE was in his room for a good long while. This is very disheartening to see & to be treated this way when a family member is dying. I would like to make a formal complaint because so no other family has to endure such rude people at Rochelle Gardens.

This is a combination antique store and coffee shop. Don't forget to look to the right as you order your coffee - there are some nice sweets in the display case - I enjoyed their chocolate covered cookie dough - yum! Since I don't do coffee, I had a good Root Beer Float. Very tasty! Lots of things to see - make sure you check out the basement as well, where more antiques and merchandise is hidden away. Take a moment to look at the window mouldings - they are impressive with crown, dental and other accents from the original church. As far as I know, this is the ONLY place to get an Astra Latte in Ogle County. If you love good coffee, you have to try this place.

She contacted the manager who himself goes to look at the prices too (to see if I was lying) . The policy should be if the store is wrong they should give the item for free.
