Upon the initial phone call to make an appt., they acted like they didn't have time for me and my request for a late afternoon appt was really putting them out since most of the availability seemed to be mid-morning. The rudeness was extreme enough that I had to hang up and think about whether I wanted to choose them as my eye care facility, maybe someone was just having a bad day I thought. Nope. Again, rudeness on the phone. But unfortunately my husband had broken his glasses and needed to be seen. Rudeness when we got there. He wanted to keep his old frames because he really liked them and he was told that would be impossible. After the eye check, he was left to wander the lobby wondering about pricing and options and had to wait for someone to notice him again to get his frames picked out. To top it all off, when he went to pick his glasses up, the doctor was assisting someone and told him to go to the second window for pick up. When he did, the woman there barked at him that she was on the phone and he would have to wait in the lobby until she finished her conversation. He felt really awkward and waited there until another worker came out and asked if she could help him like he was taking up space and then got his glasses. She just handed them to him and said nothing. My husband was waiting for her to see if there was any paperwork or payment needed and she had the attitude of "what are you still doing here?". He asked if everything was settled and she said she thinks so and oh, there is a basket of cases out there (where is out there, he wondered?) and he could grab one on the way out. He went out there and couldn't find any basket of cases. She could have just as easily walked him to it and offered him a choice. When he came home he was really upset with them and said he would never go back there so long as they had that rude, unhelpful staff and that says a lot coming from a guy who never complains.

I was patient for about 10 years and at my last eye appointment to renew my contact lens perscpition the exam went well and professional, but when it came to the front desk afterwards the front desk staff was very rude and unprofessional. I had new insurance and they took my card and scan it and I asked them prior to the appointment about insurance and they said they said that it would be no problem. After my appointment was done the lady at the front desk rudely said "we don't take United Healthcare, sir we are not in network sir" and I said back "you all told me that there would be no issues". She continued to lie about not being in network with my insurance because I check with my insurance and they actually are in network. She said "sir I take contact lens off then" I said in response "no I need my contact lens" she go very red face and screamed out "fine sir but your paying full price for everything that was done today and we are not submitting nothing to your insurance because we can't". I ended up paying $340 at the end of it all and also cut ties with the office. I do not tolerate disrespect or rudeness by anyone in a business or personal setting and due to this experience I will not anymore of my business.

My son just loves Dr Miranda's office decked out with adorable pictures of her dogs. The Dr is very gentle with my son, explaining the procedure to both of us, and answering any questions we may have. This year we had to order glasses, and within days we received a text that they were ready for pick up. And unlike other eye centers we were not pressured in any way while picking out his frames. It was very refreshing to be treated with such respect and genuine care! We recommend All About Eyes to all of our friends!!

So I had to order them for 2 pair so they sent email to come get them. So I told the guy I didn't bring the other pair so he said nothing Gave me back my glasses and said they didn't ship the other pair and he didn't know why. I know why. He didn't order them so he lied to me after they come in I'll never go back. The truth work fine. Lying to me removes you from my life permanently
