I met with Kevin at the Lake Avenue location and he acknowledged the poorly fitted hood and agreed to return my car to be looking as it did before the accident. He had my car for about a week. In that week my hood was replaced with an OEM hood, new grill pieces, and a new hood latch. The chip in the paint on the passenger fender was repaired as well. I had a bent passenger side door and was looking for quotes…read more I got three quotes and one was ~$6000 (Bob Johnson Toyota who wanted to replace the front door, back door, and back panel), one was $2900 (Crash Champions for replacing just the affected door), and then I randomly stopped by QGS on a whim. The place was closed (it was a saturday) but the owner came out to my car anyway to see what the issue was. He told me he may be able to bend the door back for minimal cost, without replacing anything. I called later on and he was able to get me in within 48 hours. About 2.5 hours after dropping my car off, he bent the door back and it now looks amazing. Total cost including tax was $130. I will be using this company going forward. Definitely do not go to Bob Johnson's Collision division.
