We limped her car to this garage. She texted them to let them know her car would be there Monday morning when the garage opened. Her messages were returned Sunday while they were closed. The owner went in early Monday morning to look at her car. He diagnosed her problems and gave her all the information she needed to make an informed decision. She determined that it was not worth fixing. Who does that and does not try to take an out of town customer for a ride? I attended RIT and have friends in Rochester. I will refer my friends to this location. They could not have been more professional and nicer to complete strangers. She even hired him to then take out the backup camera and radio. He charged a more than fair price to do so. He also allowed us to leave the vehicle in property until the company we were donating it to came to pick it up. Thank you for your honest help!!

I had a bent passenger side door and was looking for quotes…read more I got three quotes and one was ~$6000 (Bob Johnson Toyota who wanted to replace the front door, back door, and back panel), one was $2900 (Crash Champions for replacing just the affected door), and then I randomly stopped by QGS on a whim. The place was closed (it was a saturday) but the owner came out to my car anyway to see what the issue was. He told me he may be able to bend the door back for minimal cost, without replacing anything. I called later on and he was able to get me in within 48 hours. About 2.5 hours after dropping my car off, he bent the door back and it now looks amazing. Total cost including tax was $130. I will be using this company going forward. Definitely do not go to Bob Johnson's Collision division.
