    Rockin Roll Bomb Combo

Really good seafood. We got the Rockin Bomb combo (feeds 4) and it was great. Fried rice was also totally killer. Quick service and everything was great. Recommend for sure.

This seafood boil place does not have the hype it deserves! We came back 2 nights in a row! Our server Isaac is amazing, request him!

Solidly 2.5 stars, but my husband suggested rounding up because his shrimp po' boy was pretty good. The crawfish po' boy was super disappointing, only five tails which were a little overcooked. I'm unlikely to go back, too many places that are better.

Build your own combo snow crab and shrimp head off. Bomb roll sauce. Spicy

Great new addition to the downtown restaurant scene. Definitely worth the pain in the butt drive downtown to pickup.

We had a really nice dinner here…read more We tried the mushroom appetizer and the old bay pierogies both were really good. The ribeye steak was fantastic and the sauce complimented it really well. For drinks we had the rum and gin. The gin drink was fruity and my favorite out of the two. The desserts I would give probably 3-ish stars. We had the almond cake and it didn't have much of a taste and the whip cream that came on the side must have been accidentally mixed with something that had processed onions because it had a really strong onion aftertaste. Our waiter was really nice and gave really good recommendations. Overall it was a great experience and we will be back to try out their lunch

Bright and open inside with friendly service. We ordered a handful of mimosas and got a couple of small bites to share. Sourdough Foccaccia - this was pretty good, warm and toasted. Pork Bites - I loved the flavor but thought this was pork belly and not ground pork. Overall, flavor was good but the texture wasn't great. Crispy Kale - this is very popular here and we really enjoyed it. The cumin yogurt really brought it together. Pickled Squid - Not what we expected but I actually really liked this dish. We did also order the Coconut Panna Cotta for dessert. The raspberry was pretty prominent here and wasn't as custard like as expected, just a little too soft but the flavor otherwise wasn't bad. Overall, everything was pretty good and I would visit again to try other items on their menu.

The setting alone makes the trip worthwhile. A special thank you to our server, Christian, who was friendly, attentive, and made our visit even more enjoyable. Crabs are sold by the dozen and are typically available in Extra Large, Large, Medium, and Small sizes, depending on the day's catch. A chalkboard lets you know what's available, and seeing the live crabs in the dockside tanks leaves no doubt about how fresh they are. We ordered a dozen large blue crabs, along with an appetizer of longneck clams, a soft-shell crab sandwich, red potatoes, and a cup of clam chowder. Everything was fresh and delicious, and enjoying it while overlooking the water somehow made it taste even better. The menu offers plenty of seafood favorites, along with several "land lover" options for those who aren't in the mood for seafood. There is both indoor seating and covered outdoor seating, making it a great spot regardless of the weather. Be prepared to grab a mallet and get to work cracking your crabs--it's all part of the fun and a true Maryland tradition. The Cantler family has worked in the seafood industry for five generations, and the restaurant remains family-owned today. It's considered a Maryland institution and is proudly featured on the Maryland Crab & Oyster Trail. If you want the real Chesapeake Bay crab house experience--not a tourist gimmick--Cantler's should be at the top of your list.

Parking in this area is not too hard Service was great no issues. I like the ambiance of this restaurant really good water views and the bathroom was very clean I'm going to ding them for a star because I did feel like we were rushed out but they also close a little bit early on a Saturday night which was a bit surprising. On our latest visit, I was curious about the new crab soup but didn't want a full bowl, so they kindly brought out a small cup to sample. That's the kind of service that keeps us coming back. We've enjoyed the mussels, local oysters, rockfish, filet, and lamb lollipops over multiple visits. The rockfish is consistently outstanding, and they know how to cook a medium-rare filet perfectly. The lamb lollipops are delicious but can occasionally be a little overcooked. Drinks were solid as well. My only suggestion is the HVAC. If you're seated under a vent during the warmer months, it can get quite chilly, so bring a light jacket or shawl. Overall, we love Carroll Creek and look forward to many more visits.

Service by Hayley was good but never came back shortly after food was delivered by servers. Pet peeve. 4 star vs 5 star. Gumbo was delivered but no spoon came with it. No one around to ask. Finally found a passing waiter. Note to management, soups, gumbo etc. Send with a spoon. Crab and chili crusted oysters, amazing and flavorful. Roasted Artichokes Hearts were very good. Gumbo was packed with assorted seafood including crab. Excellent. Could have used a slight hot sauce. Maryland crab cake sandwich delicious and side Caesar Salad was great. Beet salad with shrimp add also an excellent choice. Overall worth going and would return.

The staff is always friendly, attentive, and makes you feel welcome. Now... let's talk about what had me raising an eyebrow. We ordered Shirley Temples, and the Sprite was flat so you know that threw the whole drink off. Then, my dad ordered the lobster roll, and the lobster was so chewy, like unexplainable chewy. Thankfully, the wedge salad was fresh and delicious, the cream of crab soup was everything I wanted it to be, the fried oysters were perfectly cooked, and the crab cakes did not disappoint. And can we talk about the view? Sitting by the water watching the boats go by is always a vibe. Every other table seemed to have cocktails in hand, so I'm guessing the drinks are where the party is. I may have to skip the Shirley Temple and join the grown-ups next time. One drink won't hurt, right?
