(I would argue banker hours - not business hours for people who work.) We both received arguably good haircuts, but here is where it turns to crap. I book our next appointment for 5 weeks later. TWO DAYS before our appointment they call me to reschedule my appointment at their convenience because the owner decided he wanted to go cut hair at some car show. Who the hell runs a business like this?? Now my son and I have overgrown short haircuts that look like crap and I have to try to find a new place to fit us in because this guy put his own personal fun and advertising ahead of his already more than he can handle client base.

Never really found an actual website for them. Was a weird place to walk into. There were a bunch of people just sitting around talking to each other like it was the place to hang out. I walked in. No hello or nothing. Since it was my first time there, I had no idea what the procedure was. So, I asked the person at the counter. They told me to have a seat on one of the couches. Not sure why, because I was the only customer in there. They have a few couches lined up next to the wall. They look pretty ratty and have been used quite heavily. Got my haircut pretty fast. Typical barbershop experience. Not sure the haircut was worth $25 dollars (plus tax) though. Not my kind of place. Wasn't friendly or inviting.

Unless you are a regular customer, don't bother going to this shop. If you are a new customer, communication from the barbers to you is extremely poor. There isn't a known system of how people are selected to be the next in the chair for a haircut. Most of the barbers are too absorbed in their headphone music to even look at the chairs of waiting customers. After 45 minutes, the middle chair freed up, and the barber on the left gave me a head motion to go to the chair. The middle barber said he had an appointment in 15 minutes and couldn't cut my hair. So, I sat back down and waited. The right chair freed up, and a person that arrived after me, went to the chair. A fourth barber arrived to work and people that arrived after me went to him. Their customer communication is beyond terrible!!! I would never recommend this place to anyone. If I could give it negative stars, I would give it a negative three. It was a waste of my vacation morning. Horrible customer service. Some businesses don't realize that customers pay their bills, and the customers that they tick off use their voice to write reviews of their poor experience!!!
