I'd never been and figured why not as I could use a little getaway. This stay was not without it's issues as there were some things that happened early into our experience that were less than ideal. My family got to Great Wolf Lodge a couple hours before I did as I had to work a bit later than her and when I arrived i heard about a situation that happened in the water park...my cousin instructed her oldest daughter to watch after her little sister and her little sister's two friends who came with them but unfortunately her teenage daughter wasn't paying attention to them quite as well as she was supposed to and the younger girls walked off and after they did, they were looking for my cousin but had a difficult time locating her and my cousin's oldest daughter who was supposed to be watching them while my cousin went to take care of a matter...anyhow, the girls started crying because they couldn't find them but my cousin returned to the water park area just a few moments later and was met with a hostile security guard who had the young girls crying even more as he was yelling at my cousin berating her for not being there watching the kids and she calmly tried to explain that her teenage daughter was supposed to be with them but he just continued with a rant about how they're going to call the police on her and saying that he shouldn't be responsible for having to watch her children when he dosen't even like kids. (Side note: If that's how he feels he should definitely find another job, this family friendly environment clearly is not for this man).. anyhow, while i can understand where he is coming from about no one watching the children for that short time, it was a whole unnecessary and embarrassing experience for my family. Shortly after I arrived and set my stuff down and got my bathing suit on, I ended up meeting up with my cousin's oldest daughter who was just outside of the Waterpark area at the time and she wanted to go back to our room for a bit so we tried the elevator but the elevators in this place are extremely slow so instead we decided to take the stairs to get to the room. On the second floor of the stairwell, there was a man standing in a corner staring at us as we walked by, a few seconds later I turned my head to look back at him and he was still staring at us and smiling in a very unsettling way. Mind you, I was in a bathing suit and she is a very attractive teenage girl wearing a bikini so we knew he was being a creeper. We ended up just taking the elevator downstairs and reported him to the front desk. They couldn't really do much as he didn't say anything to us or try to follow us but they assured us that they would keep an eye on him through video surveillance and would take action if he was making other women and girls uncomfortable. We stayed another night as we didn't want this to be her daughters whole great wolf lodge experience for the youngest daughters birthday and we ended up with a much better experience yesterday as a very sweet employee by the name of Darlene took the time to listen to my cousin about the awful experience with the security guard in the water park and she really made our day! Darlene demonstrated amazing customer service by being present, fully listening to our concerns and showing compassion by offering the girls some birthday pins and getting us set up with the breakfast buffet. We had a nice breakfast and spent some quality family time in the Waterpark as well as the arcade yesterday without any disturbances! We also did the mirror maze and joined in on the family dance party which were fun experiences for the girls. I loved the wave pool as well as the howling tornado in the Waterpark and would like to come back to experience that again! It's definitely no amusement park and it's an overpriced place to stay for what it is but it would still be good place to go with family for one night every now and then...especially if they keep employees like Darlene around !

The stain was an oil base and after it was applied, the deck was slippery. My grandson and I both slipped and fell on the deck. After talking to his worker, he said it shouldn't be slippery. Also, after morning mist, we noticed mold or algae coming through. After two weeks , Justin couldn't solve the problem. He did send someone to power wash the deck which took away the excess oil however the algae or mold is still present. The owner, Justin, says there is nothing else that could be done and refuses to remedy this issue. I WOULD NOT recommend this company or individual to work on any part of my house again. There is no follow through and after he gets his money he is on to the next job.

Illegal entry, turning off water, changing locks, and stalking are among some of the practices used by them. It took her over a year for them to give me a copy. I started paying 450$ a mth then they upped it to 475$, then to 500$, then to 600$, then to 800$ ( ALL WITHIN THE PANDEMIC ). Which he could not do. In the apartment, the power, garbage, and water was included. Trying to get me out "I think", they turned off my water. ( If u ask him, he would say that " he didn't turn it off".. which is true. He didn't physically turn it off, He had my my neighbor turn it off because he gives him free rent so dude will do basically anything for him, but he felt bad for me because I didn't have water for over a week. Close to 2 weeks. So dude turned it back on for me .. Richard never text me back when he said to me that he sent a plumber which he said he would have ( before I knew he turned it off ). I could sue him for $100 a day that it was off. "An I did".. they took out the big dumpster and put a small one in it's place. Then bitched about everyone putting so much into the dumpster.. and they let the other ppl who had dogs shit everywhere. They didn't care about anything I had to say. They also put up cams directly at my front door. (Trying to catch me In lies but I was truthful in everything that I was saying to them).. But anyway back to what I was saying, he showed up at my door one Saturday morning and wanted to do a walk through.. I said ok, cuz I didn't know better and I trusted him. So he comes in an takes pics of my 150 square foot apartment. And then the next day I got the paper saying he was going to do the walk through. So that was not legal.. I'm supposed to get two days notice of a walkthrough. So yea, I just wanted to tell the world how (great) Richard and his wife are.
