They (I think owner and younger guy) came out early afternoon, looked furnace over, told us they could fix it but had to go to Tacoma to get the motor but would be able to fix same day but it would be $1000. We have an elderly person living here and given the circumstances, we agreed as everyone else seemed to be tied up due to cold temps. The guy returned late, like at around 8-9. He had stopped in Lacey to assemble the new motor earlier like at around 6. We're in Elma. Anyway, younger guy came out and popped motor in. It's way loud and rattles living room. I said something, the guy tinkered, seemed to be a little better, he got paid and left. Week goes by, motor way loud, furnace always coming on, and even though the guy took husbands number down, no return calls and voicemail is full. Y'all need to come back and fix this before things get real bad here and I'm out a full furnace. Do your customers right. While we appreciate their ability to come take care of us same say, their practices are unprofessional and sketchy.

We bought a brand new outside/inside unit through a different company and have had nothing but problems with the "other" companies work. A&R has serviced our unit without fail and fixed issues that the "other" company almost refused to do. The initial installer every time we called made me feel like I was a chore and told us it would be weeks until they could even come to look at our unit. A&R has always been available immediately and have been pleasant to work with. We will always recommend them !
