The sales experience was smooth and friendly plus I did not feel pressured at all in any way. The finance office was equally the same and again was not pressured in any way. I had my tire replaced a month ago, I noticed in the couple of weeks proceeding I was losing 8-10lbs of pressure in my new tire, I even received a low pressure diagnostic notification. After that I went to a local gas station to fill it thinking it was fluke. It was not, I kept losing pressure. Being that I just got this tire, I called Rock Hill Buick GMC 3 times, I left a voicemail each time indicating I had some questions and would appreciate a phone call back. Not only did they NEVER contact me back, I wound up at another location (they were amazing btw) who told me I had a bad valve, and it needed to be replaced. I'd love to say this was my only negative experience with Rock Hill Buick GMC, but it wasn't, and I can assure you I will not return there. If I could give them zero stars I would. read more

I bought of GMC Sierra back on June 12 and the dealership still has not given me my NC registration plate. They initially said it was a NC DMV issue but then stated they vehicle was a lease return and did have the title so they had to send off for a new title. Why sell a vehicle with no title. They did send me another 30 day tag but it has now expired and faded. I have sent a text and left messages to call me but have not heard anything. Beware when buying from here. This dealer is a scammer. We were told the car was given a FULL inspection and maintenance completely prior to sale to anyone, even if we weren't buying. The day we take it home they inform us the turbo had needed to be replaced. 4-5 weeks down the line on a car that's only been driven around town we get a failed catalytic converter. Maintenance department never reaches out to me despite the manager SWEARING that those things just randomly go bad (yeah right). I take it for inspection elsewhere, turn out it it highly unlikely you could go in and miss a failing catalytic converter when replacing the turbo or that the turbo itself malfunctioning could have caused the fail. I have no idea why you would broadcast all the assurances upon sale, just to pull a scam because it's clear now what they tried to pull. DO NOT GO HERE. You should not have a $3k estimate on a car fresh out of a "full" inspection. read more

If you have a GMC truck like me and are having tons of issues like I am, consider geting it serviced somewhere else. There are plenty of GM dealers within 20-30 minutes drive of Rock Hill. I have had my truck at this dealership 4 times now for 4 seperate issues. Each time to be told the vehicle is "operating as designed"...... Clearly GM is pushing off the issues they "designed into" their vehicles hoping to pacify you until the warranty runs out. I had a RAM with some similar issues in the past that were all resolved under warranty each time I took it to the dealership. I bought this truck because I liked the way it looked and the color, I regret my 80K mistake! GM clearly does not stand behind their products and this dealership buys into it 100%. read more

I bought my car used almost 2 months ago and was told about a check engine light they claimed they were going to fix. 1 day later after purchasing the vehicle they tell me the light turns off and on because of the mass air flow sensor they originally said they fixed. next week I get my window switch fixed that these guys fixed for free. (this is all while the check engine light was still on) after getting the car back they tell me I have to pay $100 to see why my check engine light was on. I declined the diagnoses and got the car back but they turned off the check engine light. to this day I'm making the post my checking light has been on ever sense. they then tell me it's a o2 sensor that they still won't fix because it's not a major issue . now when I finally run the check engine light code it's a catalytic converter. they won't fix it because it came on after I bought the car. so they are telling me they won't fix it,sold me a car knowing the check engine light was there and that they okd the light being on for either a mass airflow sensor(not the case), o2 sensor(not the case) but a cat converter that is not a major issue they won't fix. signed a paper saying they will diagnose my car and repair if it's a major issue but not fix this issue. don't go to these people for a car. your more than likely to get scammed read more

My husband and I recently purchased a used vehicle here and the entire experience exceeded all of our expectations. The customer service was exceptional. Everything was very quick and easy, even though we were purchasing and trading in from out of state. We worked with Julio as our salesman and he made us feel so comfortable throughout the whole transaction. There was never any pressure to make a decision and every employee we dealt with was very knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. We originally planned to finance the vehicle with a local lender, but Luis helped us secure a very low interest rate and we decided to finance the vehicle through the dealership. This made things so much simpler on our end. We worked with Judy to finalize this and she was wonderful. They also answered all of our questions about the out of state taxes that we were responsible for. They handled everything internally and it was surprisingly easy, given that we are residents of another state. We were also very pleased that all the employees were always wearing masks and the dealership itself was cleaned spotless on both occasions that we were there.
