    Our brand new Yukon!

We had a wonderful experience buying our car at Williams. Jairo was our sales associate and was a pleasure to work with. The process was very smooth and enjoyable and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.

My daughter called and said, "Daddy, my 'check engine' light is on. Can you look at it?" I looked at it and it's leaking oil. A lot of oil. I checked the oil (empty!), poured two quarts in and drove it to Williams Buick GMC without delay. In the service entrance, it leaked out the rest of the oil onto the floor while they checked me in. The service manager was professional, taking a quick look underneath and said that he did not think it was a major issue. He wrote up a service ticket for an oil change and said that he would let me know the status once that's done. A few hours later, he called and let me know that we're good. The oil change found that the oil filter had come loose and thankfully, we caught it quick enough. No lasting engine damage! If my daughter had kept driving on it, she'd have destroyed the engine. Instead, a $80 oil change and we're good to go. I'm pleased with the service and we'll definitely be bringing her Buick back to here for all of it's regular maintenance. It's really not that much more expensive than the "quickie" oil change spots. It's a comfortable waiting area (free wifi and coffee) and they do good work. Great customer service as soon as we walked through the doors. My husband spoke with someone over the phone to let them know we were interested in purchasing a truck and that we'd be on the way. Sure enough they were waiting and was so helpful from the beginning. Took us straight to what we was looking for and shows us all the great amenities the automobile had to offer. Gene was very knowledgeable about the truck. Once we got to the paperwork he helped us understand everything we was getting ready to sign. Never made us feel uncomfortable while making a big purchase.

The messages between the "service advisor" Darnell when I tried to ask for clarification on exactly why my repair cost $1200.

I am extremely disappointed in the visit I last had at this facility. This whole situation was frustrating and a waste of time. They handle business in a very immoral way. The diagnostic performed on my vehicle was so broad and vague. I received a $3000 repair from them in June of 2023. Which I was told has a lifetime warranty. When I referenced that repair they tried to say it "was not related". They would not fully explain what the issue was with my vehicle. These people conduct BAD BUSINESS. All the good reviews are not from people who seek repair. GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR REPAIR!!

The BEST experience! We just purchased our second vehicle from Williams GMC and couldn't be happier. Gene S. was great from start to finish. No pressure, answered all my questions and was very informative on the trucks I was looking at. I test drove 3 different trucks until Gene found me the exact one I was looking for. (Had all the options I needed/wanted and was at the price point I needed). We were so happy with everyone involved the we bought pizza for everyone at the dealership on Saturday when we picked up the new Sierra! Thank you Gene and your Team. Chris V.

The dealership's response is laughable below as they want me to call to discuss. I've talked to every manager there. They've done nothing and left us stranded in another state for a month. We found out yesterday that Appleplay no longer works in my car- we ask when will you have an update and the answer is typical- no idea. So much for my $80k car RUN far away from this dealership. We bought a new Yukon Denali and have been treated horribly. Our new car broke down out of state and this dealership REFUSED to get us home. It took a month for us to return to N.C. I had a dangerous recall on my vehicle and it took a month and a half to get it fixed because they don't have any loaner cars. When I get to appt I had to wait 40 minutes to sign 1 paper! I get in the car and the gas tank is on Empty. The dealership is cheap. The management rude and indignant. I'll be going back to German car

I had the best experience car shopping and going through the car process at William's. My sales person Michael Meriwether took great care of me and walked me thoroughly and patiently through the whole process. The whole team was such a pleasure to work with they made me feel as if it was family they were helping. This was a hard buy, I had car troubles with my previous car and had to make the difficult decision to part ways. With that in mind the care I recieved was very personalized, it made what I thought was going to be not only a difficult decision but a hard process pleasantly simple easy and happy. Thank you Michael Meriwether and team. For the exemplary courteous service and help. If you're buying a vehicle. William's Buick GMC is the place.

I reserved a 4Runner in March for April delivery date which it came in. So I went and you never did everything picked it up. Everyone in finance was friendly. I traded in a car and they transferred the tag when I traded in a car. When I sold my car, it was about 35 days out from when the next payment was due they rest assure that it will be taken care of so forth and so on fast-forward here we are 38 days and the car payments past due, so I reached out to my sales person and I'm like hey you know my car payment hasn't been taken care of you know can we look into this and basically I was told don't worry about it. They got it and I was like OK. I left it alone than another week went by and nothing was done so I followed up again and I was basically told that I need to let them do their job and that I shouldn't be worrying about that stuff and I'm like thinking to myself that this is on my credit and you're gonna cause it to be a late payment because the dealership didn't pay for it on time so he finally reached out to finance three weeks after the conversation started and then finance verified that the check was lost and never cashed so if I didn't reach out to them, then they would've never had that car payment paid for so I found that very unprofessional. Fast-forward to October 13, I reached out to the same dealer because I was like hey I don't need four cars. Let me see if I can sell the 4Runner and see what they were offer for it. The conversation started and it was like why do you want to sell? You know the typical sales person then I sent over some pictures things like that and since then as of October 25, I have not heard anything from Koob or even a response to let me know what was was going on I was even considering maybe downgrading to a car maybe like a Camry but nothing from him since then. I don't know of what type of atmosphere or customer service is going on at that dealership, but I do feel very unpleased with everything from both interactions from the same sales person. I may even take my car elsewhere to get serviced and cancel all the contracts that I have at this dealership.

My lease was up in May and I came in on March 21 to understand my options. The sales person was extremely helpful and got me into a new Sportage lease that day. The problems began when trying to get my registration and plates. The dealership said they would handle transferring my existing plates over to the new car. However that didn't happen right away. In April, I received a letter from the DMV stating that they had received notification that my insurance on the old lease had ended. When I called to talk to Dutch Miller about it, I was told that the "girl" who does the dmv work was out sick, but she would handle it and give me a call when my paperwork (registration) was ready. Late April, I hadn't heard back so I called again. She was still out and the finance person said he would find out what was going on and call me back the next day. Crickets..... I called in early May, concerned because my tags expired May 30th. I was told, they were working on it and should have something by the end of the week. I texted, I called. Finally yesterday (May 26th), Ali the dmv person called me to explain that they weren't able to get it taken care of because the DMV had put a hold on my plates. Here is the timeline as it was explained to me: March 21 - signed the lease April 15th - registration paperwork submitted to the DMV (by this time a hold was already put on the plate. May 26th - Spoke with the DMV "girl" and a manager. They were going to see if they could rush something through. Made an offer to pay property tax... May 27th - The manager called to say I could pick up my paperwork. So here I am, 3 days before my plates expire. I have to take a day off work to get my plates renewed because it's too late to do it online and the DMV still has a hold on my plates. Had they just taken care of things or given me enough time to handle it myself, I would have. At this point, once this lease is up, I will turn in my car and NEVER purchase from Dutch Miller again. I don't usually do bad reviews, because it's generally unfair, but I know that this is an ongoing problem. I can accept that things happen, but communication would have alleviated so many problems. I had to call and text repeatedly (enough that the receptionist knew my situation) because no one would return my calls. Dutch Miller, your back office is losing you money. Forget that it is costing you customer good will and reputation. It is literally pulling money out of your pocket, because I will never come back to Dutch Miller to satisfy my car needs and based on reviews, I'm not the only one.

My wife has asked me twice now to contact the department after feeling dismissed by her service advisor--a sentiment echoed in several reviews, so it's clearly not an isolated experience. Our Ascent currently has 44,000 miles on it, and we've relied exclusively on South Charlotte Subaru for all scheduled maintenance (except for tires, I believe). While vacationing in Asheville in 2023, we first noticed squeaking in the brakes. For two years, we've inquired about the issue, and even received a notice from Subaru of North America about an extended brake warranty. Yet somehow, South Charlotte Subaru has never had the parts to perform the brake pad, rotor, or caliper replacements. It's astonishing that in a city the size of Charlotte, not a single other Subaru owner has apparently needed brake service over the past year--especially when new cars continue rolling off the line, fully equipped. During one visit, my wife was advised to get an injector cleaning, even though it wasn't part of the manufacturer's recommended maintenance schedule. She called me when she saw the bill--almost double the cost of an oil change. They removed the additional charges and only billed her the $80 for routine service, which--while expensive--is consistent with dealership pricing. Our most recent visit led us to call Subaru of North America directly and open a case to get warranty service approved. We purchased the Gold extended warranty under the impression that it functioned as an extension of the original Subaru warranty. While warranty decisions are handled by Subaru of North America, what's frustrating is South Charlotte's reluctance to even contact them for clarification or support. For example, the rear cupholder--which they repaired under warranty a year ago--broke again in the exact same way. This time, however, the service manager refused to reach out to Subaru to confirm coverage. It's discouraging, especially for a car we genuinely enjoy and a brand we were considering for our son's first vehicle in a few years. I initially believed my wife might've been exaggerating her treatment, especially since the dealership recently invested heavily in revamping the service center. But after she picked up the car--with parts left disassembled--I saw the issues firsthand. I was also close to purchasing a Subaru Legacy, but instead chose a Volvo S60. The difference in service has been stark--Volvo's support is leagues ahead despite South Charlotte Subaru's newer, flashier, and more spacious facility. You can do better, South Charlotte Subaru--or at least return to the standard you upheld before trading real service for a shiny new building. I'd gladly take the cramped, no-frills facility if it meant consistent care, rather than just a prettier place to wait while things fall through the cracks.

When I received the vehicle(I purchased out of state, that's why I relied on their service dept. inspection), I had it PA inspected. They noted leaking front struts. I feel that I was misled and their is no way they would have missed this if they truly inspected it and noted no leakage on their report notes. I have attached pictures of the leakage, which were taken two weeks and two hundred miles since I received it. I am pretty sure that this did not occur since I received the car. Their response to my complaint was that it was sold as is, and no leakage was noted.
