We had tried a few other car dealerships and were told "due to your short length of time on the…read morejob, you're going to get a NO where every you go" I work contract, make well above average income, at Crown, they looked at me as a person, the fact that I've been doing the same job for 22 years (on contract) not the amount of time I was at this particular company on contract. Before we even set foot on the car lot, I had sent in all my documentation (Drivers Licence, Proof of income, residence etc.), Brian and John (I think that's the right name) checked my information, interviewed me for the loan and had an approval amount before even getting there. Although we chose a car we absolutely loved from the internet pictures, it happened to be about $4,000.00 more than our approval, but they worked with us, our down was only $500.00 more than for something in our approval amount, we received a much lower interest rate than expected. They deal with people from all walks of life, from those making minimum wage to those making over $150k a year...no matter what your situation, you're not brought in with a false sense of what you're approved for then sent to what I call the "Dog Pound" of ratty cars, you know up front before even going what you're approved for and are given a choice of late model, quality vehicles (in our case we were determined to get the one we fell for). Brian had the car we were interested in waiting for us when we showed up, handed us the keys for a test drive and when we returned, it was a matter of getting the car on our insurance, signing the paperwork, paying the downpayment and we were on our way!!! You will be treated with the respect and integrity you deserve, nothing hidden like 99% of the car dealers out there. Everybody was friendly, they make you feel like family, they're professional and don't pull anything over your eyes... If you're looking for a car, bottom of the barrel horrible credit or top of the chart excellant credit, you're going to get awesome treatment... I recommend this dealer (with multiple lots to pull from) 150%... If I could give them 10 Stars instead of 5... I would...

From the beginning, Manny was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Buying a vehicle can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Manny made it easy and stress-free. We never felt pressured, and he was always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we had the information we needed to make the right decision for our family. His professionalism, responsiveness, and customer service were outstanding. If you're looking for a new vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Manny Bernabe. Thank you for helping us find and purchase our new Grand Highlander!

I have been a lifelong toyota person... This is by far the…read moreworst toyota I have been too. The service is poor, I took my 4Runner in because it had a low tire pressure and I found a small nail in it (it was a very slow leak) took over a week to get a low PSI, they aired it up for me and told me they couldn't patch it. I go home and wake up next morning and 2 tires are completely flat. It was in better shape before I took it in then after I left. To top it off they told me only way to replace is buy 2 new tires. The sales service is just as poor, They say they participate In the Costco auto sales program but most dealerships give you quotes and spec sheets to look at and compare vehicles. I spent a few days trying to buy or lease a vehicle and all they did was throw numbers at me and tell me how heavily discounted it was even though the payments were 200$ more a month then other dealerships for similar vehicles and packages. Once I told them I had to go else where the salesmen gave me attitude. North Charlotte Toyota, Concord Toyota and Gastonia Toyota are much better customer service all the way around. Toyota products sell themselves and in a lifelong toyota guy, I will just avoid this dealership.

Apparently, this dealership specializes in the rare art of "harassment-based sales," where they…read morespend days hounding you to visit, only to develop a sudden case of amnesia the moment you arrive with cash in hand. It was truly a miracle of modern commerce: a car that was confirmed available to my spouse just 48 hours prior magically "sold" the instant we walked in, funds secured and ready to close on a 20-year-old vehicle. Perhaps the sales manager was intimidated by our "educated" demeanor or the fact that our credit scores were higher than the staff's collective IQ. Watching the salespeople huddle near the entrance like a pack of confused wolves only to have the first person we encountered confirm they knew exactly which car we were talking about was a nice touch of unintentional transparency. Deciding to give them a lesson in basic ethics, I called from a different number using an alias. In a stunning turn of events, the car was resurrected! It was suddenly available for the "new" caller, right up until the point where Moses realized he had been caught in a blatant, bold-faced lie. At that moment, the vehicle entered a quantum state of being both sold and unsold simultaneously. Moses, who apparently moonlights as a fiction writer when he isn't botching sales, pivoted to a story about "lucky buyers" who just hadn't picked it up yet. It's impressive to watch a man double down on a falsehood while standing in a room full of people who already know he's full of it. I suppose I should have expected this level of "integrity" from an establishment that seemingly lives by the motto, "Why tell the truth when a lie will do?" It's a bold business strategy to profile customers and assume that intelligence is a liability, but I guess Moses and his team aren't used to dealing with people who can see right through their low-budget theatrics. This entire experience was a masterclass in "alternative facts" and bottom-tier customer service. If you're looking for a place where the truth is optional and the sales tactics are channeled straight from a MAGA rally, this is your spot. WWJD? Probably find a dealership that doesn't treat honesty like a luxury upgrade.

I gently touched it and it was actually a large crack with a hole. I took it to the dealer and they looked at it. They told me that the warranty may not cover the repair expense. They said that they would call me. Crickets. I have to keep driving there to check and they keep saying that they're expecting to hear back from Ford. The part arrived weeks ago. Yesterday, the service advisor, Valerie, told me that the part had just arrived. The other service advisors had told me that the part has been there so long that it was going to be returned! So I was told a falsehood. I asked if future service to my vehicle would be like this and I received no answer; just a shrug.
