To be honest, I will not go back. This was our first visit here, and I took my whole family. The bill came to about $80. The service was OK, I do feel like she could've done a little bit better. I only saw four tables when we walked in that were occupied . They were not very busy for a Friday night. Everything fried tasted like fish, which means they never change their oil and they fry everything in the same oil. Hamburgers were dry and overcooked. I got potato skins. They were dry and overcooked. I got a small side salad. I didn't finish it. Their ranch tasted very similar to hidden Valley. I'm not a big fan of hidden Valley. I don't buy it so if that's what they use that might be why I didn't like it. I do wish I had taken pictures of the food, but I did not. read more

Came here last night, was really quiet for a Friday night which says it all. Our waitress was the only pleasant part of our meal. My diet coke tasted moldy or something strange, it must have been the ice ad others dinning with us said their ice tea tasted the same way. The wings were very bland and baked with no seasoning, they drizzled the smallest amount of buffalo sauce after they cooked it and they were still pink inside, didn't finish these. My son's cheeseburger smelled so bad when it came to the table and it tasted even worse, like old meat or something. I can't get the taste out of my mouth now just thinking of it. The only decent thing we could stomach to eat was their home made fries. But after the moldy ice and badly cooked food I dread to think what their kitchen looks like. It was $79 for us all to just push around our food on the plates. Wouldn't recommend this place unless you want to spend your evening on the toilet. read more

The catfish is THE BEST catfish I've ever had. Perfectly seasoned, hand breaded, and perfectly fried- not overcooked like most restaurants. The fillets are juicy and flaky, they taste freshly caught, not frozen and seasoned very well. I live about 2 hours away and would HAPPILY make that trip just for the catfish. Go try it, you'll understand what I'm saying. read more

One of the bests in Chickasha! The Fajitas are a must! I get them every time I'm there but this burger that my dad got just might change my mind on what I normally get. My dad gave a 10/10 for the fries and the burger. We were stuffed! You should definitely try it when you visit Chickasha. read more

Went to Rock Island on a Wednesday around 6:00pm. Our party of three got seated immediately. Our server quickly got our drinks out to us. (Great sweet tea). We ordered an appetizer. Cheese sticks. It came with marinara sauce. We also asked for ranch as well. Cheese sticks were warm and really good. Our food came out pretty quick. My kids really enjoyed the catfish dinner w/ fries. Two big pieces of catfish along with two pieces of toast and tartar sauce on the side. I had the steak and chicken fajitas. It was a great meal. More than enough for two people. Steak was good, chicken was good. Cooked perfectly in the bell peppers and onions. Service was great the entire time we were there from start to finish. Our server Cheyenne was very friendly, always on top of our refills and any other requests we had. Can't wait to go back to try other items on the menu. read more

Very very very bad start to a new customer. I have a legitimate trained service dog (14# Yorkie) that assists me for PTSD and upon walking in the man told me that they don't allow dogs in the restaurant. First of all it is against ADA rules to be discriminated against for having a service dog, it is not just an animal! Second of all, he needs to learn how to treat customers with service animals and what questions to ask. Our service was great, Maria was attentive, bubbly and nice! We were seated in the very corner of an area that was closed where no one else was seated because I had a service dog! Won't be going back EVER!! Also reporting to the ADA for discrimination!! Nice clean restaurant just south of chickasha HWY 81. Spacious with adequate seating. We ordered chips and salsa...superb and tasty salsa with a hint of hotness. Would order again. I had the cheese enchiladas and it was way too cheesy for my liking. Homemade refried beans was good and I'm picking on those. Rice was tender and good. Wife had beef fajitas, meat was tender and nicely seasoned. I noticed others ordered the burgers and those bad boys looked delicious. So I would recommend those over the Mexican plates. Rock Island punch was good too. Update: burgers are always good, along with chips and salsa. My only issue with this place is that everyone here lacks enthusiasm and personality. Don't seem to excited to see you here, almost robotic in nature. read more

Came here for lunch from out of town. We ate outside and the patio atmosphere was a nice touch. Our waitress was very attentive and super sweet. Ordered the cheese fries and the fish and chips. The catfish was some of the best we've ever tried at any restaurant! The filets were huge and seemed super fresh. The seasoning was delightful and gave a perfect little crunch. Not dry and hard like a lot of other places. I most definitely recommend it!! Only reason for not giving 5 stars was because our alcoholic beverages were on the weak side. Had lunch there today Saturday October 10. Clean. Excellent waitress (wish I could remember her name). Petite brunette, great smiles, excellent personality, great, great service. Reasonable prices. Plate presentations done very well, not just thrown together. Ample portions. We do not live in the area (30 minute drive for us) however.....we will be back. read more

I would like to give them 5 stars, but alas I cannot. The service is excellent and deserves 5 stars. The sandwiches aka " bar food " are out of this world and also deserve 5 stars. The dinners are so - so. Food is over cooked and bland. Their use of rice pilaf on every dinner is a waste of food and money. A loaded baked potato would be better. Their veggies also leave a lot to be desired. Where they fall flat however is their so called Mexican food. Their taco meat is nothing but dry overcooked ground beef that has NO flavor. I've had better from Taco Bell! This isn't surprising because most of Oklahoma eats bland flavorless Tex - Mex which is passed off as Mexican. So, if you want great cheese steak and hamburgers this is the place to go for anything else your choices are very very limited. read more

Stay away! This place is a joke! They serve boxed Kraft mac and cheese and philly cheese steak on hot dog buns. The menu is like playing a game of Battleship; "I'd like B-4, please!" You can do way better just staying home and having peanut butter and jelly. read more
