I've been meaning to come in for the Lunch Buffet and today I finally did so. $14.99 plus whatever you buy as a drink is a bargain for the quality of food and flavor here. The service was good also. I was seated right away and it wasn't too busy , but after a few minutes more families and couples showed up. The hours for the buffet is 11am to 2pm. I got here around 12:30. They start you out with a small cup of a noodle soup with corn in it and kind of taste like chicken soup , not bad. Chips and Salsa. The salsa was not spicy at all , kind of bland. I could've asked for a hotter one , but I was here for the buffet , not chips and salsa right. I ordered a Sweet Tea and it was just right , not too sweet , not under sweet or watered down. My first plate I got Chori Pollo which is a Chicken Breast topped with Chorizo and a Cheese Sauce. Very good and I'm usually not a fan of chorizo. Chicken Enchilada with white sauce. The tortilla didn't taste like store bought it tasted freshly homemade , very good. Refried Beans and Rice were average , but went well with lunch. Chicken Wing was hot , fresh , and good. A couple pieces of Chicken Fajita meat to try , was seasoned good. A piece of Beef Fajita in like a red sauce was also good. Second plate I got another small piece of Chori Pollo , Rice and Beans , Chili Verde , a Chicken Taquito , and a small piece of Flan. The Chili Verde was pork and was so tender it just pulled apart with a fork , but it was a little too salty for me. The flavor was very tasty though. I usually don't like Flan , but this one had a Choco like taste to it and I liked it. The chicken taquito was okay. All in all I will be back and will bring my son and his wife to give the lunch buffet a try. I would like to try a drink also , so I will make them drive. Ha ha. They also do a Military Discount. I will definitely recommend this others and I also posted a short video on social media of the buffet. read more

We tried again. This time the wait for food was long but we didn't mind as it was so busy with graduation and birthday celebrations. I had the ala carte shredded beef tostada and the hubs had the chefs bowl. Both were very good. Yes, it was LOUD but people were celebrating so no problem! read more

I still love this place! The staff is super friendly and the prices are really reasonable. I tried a few different things this time, and honestly, the tostada was a total disaster. But I did enjoy one of the best chile rellenos I've had in ages! It's not perfect, but I love supporting local businesses, and I'm happy to keep coming back. read more

Great place. Much better than Toledo with more personable staff, much better food, and a great menu variety. The dining room is nice, clean, and has good TV placement so you won't miss the game during dinner. This one is definitely on our list to return to! Had the fajitas this time and loved them. The steak, probably flank which is standard is really good and not chewy which is the sign of a cook who knows how to cut the meat properly. Well seasoned with rice, beans, and the normal accouterments. read more

Arrived early. First ones in for lunch. Super friendly staff. Seated us and offer us drinks as we were 10 minutes early before they open at 11. Our order arrive very quickly, under 5 minutes. Food was hot and very good. Restaurant is very clean and well organized. read more

Finally open! Great staff, food and atmosphere ..and was fairly affordable. I always have issues with any restaurant using the term "authentic". I ordered the Chile Relleno with fajita beef along with beans and rice. The Verde sauce was pretty darn good and won the dish over for me. It has the right consistency and tangy. Also treated myself to a couple of Micheladas. They served complimentary chips and salsa, but no queso. Service was expedient and spot on. Definitely better than Los Vaqueros and maybe just as good as Toledo (although they have complimentary queso). I'd have no hesitation to try it again. read more

Wow! My 1st time there and everything was great! Salsa & chips to start were great. Salsa was alittle thicker than other restaurants which is just how I like it. The main course was a delicious skirt steak on top of fried onions &peppers with all the extras. Hubby had a beerita and couldnt stop raving about it. I had pepsi since someone had to drive home. Service was on top of everything. There wasn't an empty table till later on and everyone working were hopping and served with pride! Tables seemed alittle crowded and the lighting was alittle brighter which my old eyes appreciated. I like to see what I'm eating after all. Went there last night. Strong 16 ounce margarita special for only 4.99. Great start. Chops were good. Salsa was good. Our waitress did not seem very familiar with the menu or different sauces however. I got the enchiladas with the green sauce on 2 enchiladas and the red sauce on 2 enchiladas. Very big serving and very good. Chicken and shredded beef were my meats, Wife ordered the pick 2 menu and got an enchilada and a chili relleno with beans and rice and ordered a 99 cent cheese dip addition. We both thought the cheese would be in a small portion biwl like queso is served but it was poured on top of the enchilada and the chili relleno covering both in way too much cheese sauce. Kinda overpowered the flavor of both. Never assume I guess. Anyway the food was really good and the margaritas were great. No free cheese sauce or sopapilla unfortunately but not a deal breaker. Stopped in last minute. Never tried this place but always high expectations due to so many great Mexican restaurants in okc metro. First off no free queso. You can't survive in oklahoma without free salsa and queso. Bad decision to go cheap. Salsa was fair and ordered queso and wasn't that great., Our waiter was not good and kept leaving and never coming back. Two other wait staff had to step in several times to refill drinks and give more salsa. We had the chicken fajitas. There were very bland and overpriced. Will not be coming back here. Wasn't impressed. The enchiladas pictured on their menu looked like they were covered in a dark chili rather than an enchilada sauce. The queso and chips were good. I opted for the wings and a single taco. The wings were just OK and the taco was lacking. Grandson's quesadiila looked good and so did the salad. By far the best mexican food Ive had around this part of the state. Soo yummy, place had great decor and our waiter was seriously the best Ive ever had anywhere!! A huge menu to choose from and all our meals were delicious and huge!! YES you have to pay for queso bc its actually queso and not that cheap stuff that has the consistency of glue and tastes like chicken broth. This queso has flavor and is delicious.
