After going to this salon for almost a year - I was told by Angela two weeks ago that if I did not come more frequent then 2 weeks she would not take me as a client she had to work too hard. Are you kidding me????? So today was three weeks since I have had service there - when I arrived for my 11A appointment - I was told I did not have one it was Wed at 1P. I really think the prices here are higher than most but I ignore it, then they are always speaking a different language and in there earphone (but most do not understand english) and Angela alway put fake nails and gels on my fingertips when I really asked her not to. I left there always paying between 130.00 and 170.00 for service. I was happy with the nail service but last time the pedicure chair and the way she cleaned the equipped was not good. I am a very gracious tipper - but to be treated and spoken to like that is unacceptable - I was surprised to hear more people shared my feelings about Angela and the Salon. Lorraine read more

Been several times with varying experiences each time. My first time the salon was quiet and Abby did a great job and was very understanding of the length and shape I wanted for my nails. If you need to go on a Saturday just beware it does get very busy- and the closer you go to closing time the more chaotic it feels. I felt super rushed as my nail tech was finishing. Didn't have any other free time that week or I wouldn't have gone at that time. Most recent visit was interesting. All the nail techs were late for the morning which is totally ok with me, traffic happens. But then my nail tech was particularly rough with me. Pedicure was ok but manicure was VERY rushed and she did a shoddy job. At one point she tried to argue with me about nail shape and length so I ended up leaving with nails that I'm less than satisfied with. When I got outside after paying I saw that my nails were very patchy, and my hands have polish on them. Rather sloppy job tbh. I'm really disappointed. I had a gel mani/pedi with anna, she was absolutely amazing. I really liked how she asked me different questions and made sure i liked what i was getting. I didn't like how when getting the mani, another service member comes up to ask if you want a massage. The way it's asked makes it seem like there's not a charge for that, but there is, and you'll get asked by different team members serveral times if it is busy. The front desk is a little rude and impatient when checking in/out unfortunately. I couldn't hear the lady, (i have hearing loss) and instead of being patient, she quite literally screamed at me. Overall service was great, but customer service definitely needs improvement. read more

I went for a spur of the moment pedicure. The salon itself is beautiful and clean. I will not judge the entirety of the salon itself just for my poor gel pedicure experience. For $44 I am very unhappy with the outcome of my feet. The skin wasn't properly manicured around my toes and it's just a very poor job for the price I payed. I will not bash the operator who did it, but I think they could improve a great deal. I understand the salon is very busy but maybe focus on quality not quantity. read more

A friend recommended Rock Nails and Spa to me. This was my first time there and I was impressed. I got a gel manicure with Olivia and a chair massage with Michael. Olivia gave a great manicure and was gentle with my cuticles yet did a really thorough job. Michael gave me the best massage I have had in ages. The salon itself is really nice. I'll never come back, beyond over priced for a horrible job. I've heard some bad reviews from others, but decided to try it any way. They charge almost 60$!!! for a regular color, gel fill. Not french, not designed..just a fill. On their website and if you call them they'll tell you it's 35$ but then when you come in they charge another 20$!!! for using gel color...when you ask why that is, they tell you, oh you could do regular polish instead it's not extra. My eyes almost fell out lol! How do you a do a gel fill with regular polish..you can't. So you guys are a rip off..plus the job itself was awful. Got a great powder manicure. Jimmy took his time and was fastidious. My nails look great and their color selection was excellent. It stated on their website it would be $49, I asked when I checked in and was told $49 and I was charged $49. I also paid $12 for a 10 minute massage. it was offered, I was shown a card with the cost by time, I made my selection and got a wonderful massage, I think by Michael, thanks guys for making my first experience great. It was definitely busy and hustle bustle, but plenty of space and I had a relaxing experience. Oh also their color selection was excellent and my nails looks fabulous 5 days later. I do not think I have never written a yelp review before but I feel it is necessary here. I booked the appointment, online, roughly 1.5 weeks before the appointment. When I show up the place is beautiful and I am so excited to get my nails done. They tell me to pick my color, which is fine they have lots of colors but I get maybe 30 seconds to look at colors before the nail technician is there. That's fine I am boring and usually go with black anyways. She immediately starts talking to me about pricing and I am surprised to hear $96 for cuticle stuff, hard gel, and then gel on top. I am okay with it though because if it is a good experience and turns out good its worth the price. Neither of those things happened. The nail tech RUSHED, through my nails. I have walked into "chop shops" with no appointment and they have taken better care and time. She did not even touch my cuticles (I believe I was still charged for the service), she hit my skin with the drill 2 times and then looked at me like I was over-reacting/my flinching was uncalled for, the shape was not good (weird and lumpy) and the application was sloppy there were bubbles in the gel (and even a hair cured into my pinky nail). I did not say anything because I am too socially inept. I still tipped her $20 like an idiot and paid $96. I ended up going to another place and getting them re-done. They even asked what happened and if I had tried to do it myself. They looked amazing after and it was only $30. TLDR: It's expensive and not worth it. read more

On vacation and I searched for a close by salon to fix a broken nail. I was able to walk in and get mail mail fixed very quickly. They didn't have my color but was able to color match almost exact. The nail tech even touched up a few other nails that weren't doing so hot. read more

Although they do a 5 minute massage during your pedicure, they rush everything else. They don't take the time to actually clean your toenails and have them looking nice. They just take the nail polish off and quickly go through all the steps. For how expensive it is, I would expect more out of getting a pedicure done here. They are very lazy in the pedicure process and just want to get to the next customer. read more

Extremely disappointed. Was getting a manicure for my future daughter-in-law's bridal shower this Saturday. I have very strong nails that I wear long. I communicated to the technician to merely trim my nails and that I did not want much cut. He cut my right hand nails so SHORT then I had to have my left hand cut to match. The he proceeded to mess up the polish so badly that another technician had to remove it all and re-do them. This place does not even deserve one star.
