As my card was being processed she changed the number and added $20 to the bill while my card was already charged. When I questioned why they randomly just added an extra $20 they told the math was wrong. I asked to speak to the manager and explained how I was told the same price by two different employees and then charged an extra $20 for no reason. He told me they counted wrong and did not apologize. I told them I was very skeptical and it sounds very fishy and they couldn't have been more rude. I really wanted to like this place. It was super clean, especially during COVID. I got a recommendation from someone from town and was excited to try it. Spa Pedicure 49 dollars was good, but nothing I couldn't get for cheaper. Was prob the best part of my experience. I wanted an almond shape nail, what I currently had, and she completely reshaped them to some square shape. I had her redo them, which ended up making my nails super skinny and not even touching my whole nail. I feel bad because she was super nice but it wasn't good. I sucked it up because it took so long to do the gel fill I just couldn't sit there any longer. I just couldn't believe how long it took her to shape a nail which didn't need anything done to it. So today is Saturday, I got my nails done there less than a week ago. I had to go back two days after to get a nail fixed because it broke. I am from out of town and never have issues with nails breaking so quick, maybe after 2.5 weeks but never sooner. I made an appointment and they asked when I got them done (apparently they have a time frame of when they fix it for free or when they charge you). I get there and they ended up fixing my nail but had to pick a different color because they said they couldn't find the color I had. (For what you charge you should have made a better effort). Luckily, I am chill about it and didn't make a big deal and just said put on another accent color. Now, that was Wednesday today is Saturday. The color they put on has already peeled up! What?! This has never happened before, and cherry on top another nail broke. It hasn't even been a week. Pretty salon but wasted space and gaudy. I would rather better quality and not all the fancy glam. My usual nail salon is being renovated. I decided to give Rock Nails a shot. The shaping is a little off on a couple of the nails, but my nails look good for the most part. My designs are cute! Maggie did a great job with that. Jenny did my pedicure. Excellent job! The nail shop is VERY clean and everyone is nice! All the girls in the reception area are super sweet. I have been going to another salon in the area, but was never happy with the results. Last night I decided to try out a new place, and saw Rock Nails N Spa online. I called around 3:45 today, and they were able to take me at 4:30. I had Cici, and she did a wonderful job with my gel manicure. She took her time, was gentle, and I did not feel as though she was rushing when doing my nails. I had a nail that was broken, and she patiently and carefully fixed it, which I cannot thank her enough for being so kind and willing to do so for me. I didn't even have to ask! I am beyond happy with this manicure (which by the way, was very well priced!), and will be a returning customer from now on. I only paid $30 (before tip), but got the full manicure experience. My daughter and I had a nail chrome done which is $20 more than gel. The chrome chipped already in under a week for both of us. My daughter is in LA so I went back myself and they said it's past a day already. I also showed them a picture of my daughter's nails. First of all, for that much money, it shouldn't chipped within 1 week or 2. They agreed to do it after I told them it's the holidays but they said just Gel since maybe chrome is not for me. Went for a spa pedicure last night with CC I was completely rushed. I asked her to use the drummel on my little toes because they crack she said no just filed them when I got home the toe nail is still cracked and the polish is already coming off, the cutilcles are a mess. Was really optimistic because the place is new and absolutely sparking clean and beautiful inside. However, very disappointed with all three services, my pedicure, regular manicure, and eye brow waxing. Toes were shoddily painted, missing corners on several toes. I had to ask for polish to correct missing parts. Toes were also unevenly trimmed and just look very messy. My manicure was extremely poor, with my cuticles looking like I had nothing done, all she basically did was paint my nails. The eyebrow waxing was worst of all. She allowed the wax to cool so much so that she the wax was separated from the strips. The strips came off without the wax and she had to peel the wax off little by little. This was extremely painful and she did not even offer any sort of apology. I was also incorrectly charged for my sister in law's (who came with me) gel manicure. This was upsetting because I opted for a more affordable regular manicure for a reason. They laughed and said, "oh she owes u 16 dollars". They put me in an uncomfortable position after I was already dissatisfied with all three services. The following day my eyebrows are fine ( were super red yesterday from her poor waxing), and my nails and toes look crummy. Perhaps the issues were with my technician, Fiona, but I am not sure I would go back either way. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Please note: I'm not a nail salon snob! I've given this salon 4 chances since I am a Beon customer and unfortunately I will not be returning. I book my appointment in advance requesting a specific nail tech, show up early to my appt and every time they assign me someone else. What is the point in allowing customers to book online in advance if they are too busy to accommodate these requests? I took my nine year old granddaughter for a mini mani/pedi. Her mani was done while she was in the pedi chair which had the nail technician's face inches away from my granddaughter because my granddaughter had to lean forward for her hands to be reached. I should have stopped it right there, but instead put a mask on my granddaughter. Her treatments were very rushed with total disregard to the fact that this was supposed to be a special treat for her. My granddaughter said to me, "Nana, that was not fun". Shame on Amanda. This place is dishonest and dirty. I was given a terrible 15 minute massage that I did not ask for. No one told me the price or that it would cost any money whatsoever. I was charged $18 for essentially being beat up for 15 minutes without being told it would cost money. They also charged me $5 for round nails and an additional $15 for french, bringing my total to $108. I asked about the massage charge and they refused to refund it. They also used dirty tools on me.
