Definitely go here! I came to this salon 30 minutes before they closed as a walk-in and I got excellent service and did not feel rushed at all. It was very stylish, very clean, and the service was great. I got a classic pedicure and the treatment was much better than any other salon I went to for the same price. My nail tech paid attention to the details and my nails came out perfectly even. They also have a 20% grand opening discount so I will definitely be back to try out their other service packages to try and take advantage of their deals! I came to Rock Nail Spa a week ago and got a very sheer color pink. I would had let it be if the whole nail was sheer but it was blotchy and covered in some spots but not all. The shape and thickness last week were great, no complaints other than the color. The woman shaped my nails beautifully and they looked so natural. They offered for me to come back to do a color change so I accepted and I just left with the thickest dip powder I've ever had. These pictures are even after asking to make them thinner, I had to ask twice. They feel heavy and unnatural and look like layer and layers of polish. These are my natural nails and now they look like acrylics. They offered to fix them again but honestly I would rather just go get them fixed elsewhere. I appreciate the great customer service and think if you get the right person they will do a good job, but I've given them a second chance and my nails look worse now than they did before. read more

One of the worst experiences EVER for my wife! Last Sunday June 4, 2023 My wife and I stopped in to ask them their prices. The lady behind the counter said they can do Mani/Petti's and the exact design on the picture my wife showed them. We asked the lady how much everything will cost.... she stated $70 total. We were like great can we book an appointment. So my Wifes appointment was today at 9:30am.... she got everything done and they charged her $150!!!! Are you out of your mind!!! My Wife was totally upset with the situation. My wife paid the incorrect price. I called them up and explained how my Wife was charged incorrectly... they told me no one told us that it was $70. I told them we went in person and someone behind the counter said $70 total. Pretty much we were called liars. I told them this is your opportunity to make things right.... they told me there weren't going to rectify the situation. Worst customer service for a Nail Salon. Now I now how they make enough money for their high rent there.... they just double their prices... just cause they can! Don't go there!!!! read more

Went for a classic pedicure and was in and out in a half hour. Next time I will upgrade the pedicure, there seems to be a few choices and add-ons. But definitely very clean and great atmosphere. Went with a friend for a Pedicure and manicure . The pedicure in total didn't last 25 minutes , soaking ,cutting filing , some sort of massage so they say, cuticles cut barely ,nails polished ( ok it was gel and dries faster ) . Then on to the manicure . Finger tips put in luke warm water for less than a minute and starts to cut cuticles with no cream or oil or pushing them back . Basically useless .Cut, file ( uneven didn't have glasses on at that point ) Cream , wash hands , polish . bamm done . This was first time here ,it is a large place with modern decor, looks neat and clean . Was extremely disappointed that I was in and out with in an hour and got eyebrows done to . Nails were not even ,filed incorrectly . Polish did not go down to cuticles or near it . My feet I had no doubt little if any dead skin came off with the few minute or so they scrubbed my heels. I DID NOT notice any sterilization equipment. After both mine and my friends nails were done the cuticle cutter was placed back in a draw with a plastic cover ( REALLY ) . The place looks pretty and it is crowded but for me I rather go to a smaller place that I can see items used coming out of serialized equipment, towels used to come out of a machine that sanitizers and warms ,a place that uses cream or oil to soften cuticles before cutting them . Just not a good experience, sorry won't recommend read more

Did good with the gel until the next day two nails chipped, went back in and said they couldn't do a refund, attempted to fix them and were rude in the process. Few days later, another nail chips. So I came here for the first time 2 weeks ago. Had a pleasant experience with Julia I believe her name was. She gave me a great gel manicure and eyebrow wax. I came again yesterday and had an entirely different experience. From the moment I was starting to choose my color Johnny was pacing around behind me clapping his hands (like signaling for me to hurry up) and that just gave me so much anxiety. Then moving on with the pedicure/gel mani I got it was sooooooo rushed like when I tell you this man just massaged my hands/feet for 2 seconds and called it a day that's literally what happened. Then I ask him mid way through my gel mani "can I get an eyebrow wax as well" and he goes "sure maybe these people can do it for you go ask". ????? I have to go around the place you work and ask around for who can do my eyebrows? Why don't you figure that out and then let me know who is doing them???? Now comes time for my eyebrow wax. This girl had 0 idea what she was doing she got wax on my HAIRLINE. Ripped out an entire chunk of eyebrow hair my eyebrow is literally sore from the amount of hair they took out. Then the manager/owner I guess comes out and is like oh I'll come fix it. So she fixes it slightly but doesn't take away from the fact that now the arches in both eyebrows are GONE and i look like an entirely different person (not to be dramatic but eyebrows make a persons face and i have thick arched eyebrows). Then comes time to pay and i really don't think i had to have paid for my eyebrows. This lady told me that they're fixed and i still need to pay and if anything i can get a $10 gift card. #1 DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND THEYRE NOT FIXED I LITERALLY HAVE DIFFERENT EYEBROWS THAN I WALKED IN WITH. #2 a gift card??? I'm never coming back here again what makes you think i want a gift card and at the end of the day isn't that losing $10 anyways???? I guess it's my fault for trusting a nail place to do a quick eyebrow clean up. But just wanted to warn others before you make the same mistake i made. Never coming back here again. read more

My sister and I went in today for pedicures as walk-ins. They sat us within 5 minutes and let me tell you, it was the best pedicures we have ever gotten! We went with the classic pedicures with gel polish, it came with a 5 minute massage and hot stones (never experienced that) it was amazing! Fiona was very sweet and did such a great job, she took her time and made sure I was comfortable. Everything was very clean as well! I definitely will be coming back here for sure!! read more

this is my second time trying this salon for a gel fill. I am really disappointed again. I always ask for narrow and square shaped nails and I always end up getting short, rounded, wide nails.
