We've recently remodeled our 1950 house and replaced all sewer and water lines under the house. The sewer lateral from foundation to the street were inspected and recommended replacement when we bought the house 5 years ago, but we held out as long as we can. We would 1000% recommend Rock Solid. They were super responsive- even on Christmas when most companies are closed and not available next day, but came back with a clear quote and availability and turned around what was a rough set of circumstances for our family. We welcomed our first baby three weeks early, which left us scrambling. Friends of ours with amazing intentions came to take care of the house and cook while we were in the hospital and accidentally ended up grinding a small glass prep bowl down our garbage disposal- causing our sink to back up and making it very hard to make food, clean the kitchen, etc. Add to that the holiday timing and it was a perfect storm that will make any new, sleep-deprived parent want to cry. This resulted in a huge geyser and I had to turn off the water to the entire property. It was 4 in the afternoon and I live out in the boonies in Kenwood. Neglected for 5 years, our sewer lateral had developed serious root intrusion and I knew we needed a professional's help as the line backed up on us in 2019 and the conventional snake I rented, barely made any difference. We gave Casey a call and after a brief conversation he suggested hydro jetting as it would "remove 95% of the roots". Few days later and after about 90 minutes of his expert work, our line was back to its full capacity. I recently found 2 main exterior drains clogged with leaves and dirt and called Rock Solid Drains after I saw their good reviews on Yelp. They came out today and did a great job clearing all my exterior drains and even checked my sewer lateral. The main drains had a few french drain pipes and gutter downspout drain pipes connected to them and Casey and Coltan cleared them all.
