This is a long overdue review and at this point I have used Elite on two occasions. Both experiences I would rate as a 5 so perhaps a 10 is in order! My first experience a few months back was for a leaky kitchen faucet. Due to some miscommunication on the part of both of us there was some delay. Dominic repaired the faucet without charge as he felt accountable for the miscommunication. His work was perfect. Fast forward to yesterday and I am greeted with a stopped up toilet.
