I called the office to schedule a routine servicing of our system on Friday, I spoke with Amy at the office, she offered several options for services including a simple one time service or an annual program. We were able to schedule a tech to come out on Tuesday morning. Our Tech, Craig, was prompt, courteous, and professional even through the multiple questions I asked. He took a look at our system and the area of concern we had and he gave us the news we were anticipating (that our system is running but might not have much time left in it....it's 26years old) he offered to have quote for replacement drawn up if we wanted. (I did) he left us set up for success and he told us his goal was to keep us running into springtime at least....we appreciated that! After he departed, I called Amy again to arrange payment for today. She was kind and professional and let us know she would have a quote to us by the end of the week and even provided insight to what pricing is doing now and anticipated to be after the new year so we could be able to make the decisions best for our family. He showed up as promised and replaced a kitchen faucet and reset a toilet that the flange had rusted out. Very reasonably priced. I had a water heater that was beyond it's expiration date. Set up a date for the following week. Vernon called me on Tuesday morning as promised. He was at my house on time. Had everything he needed for the job and did a great job. I thought we would have a hard time finding someone to come out since it was just starting to get cold, but Frank emailed me back quickly and set up an appointment. While he was inspecting the furnace, he also noticed our hot water heater was leaking #homeownerlife. Frank provided quotes to fix the issues. That weekend our furnace completely went out (rest in peace, you made it 20 years). Frank let me know that his team would be able to complete the project in two days.
