It was December and the temperatures were extremely cold. Mike offered to provide space heaters until the work could be finished a few days later. True to his word he came after normal business hours to make good on his promise. Michael to the rescue again! Luckily, because this weather's been crazy, I was able to catch the…read moreproblem on a warm day. Then it got cool again. I called to schedule maintenance, but after scheduling the appointment, I realized my upstairs unit wasn't working. In fact, instead of cooling, my bedroom was getting hotter. He came through as scheduled, conducted diagnostic tests on both of my units, and unfortunately gave me the bad news. He presented some options, and both were costly, but what can you do? The invoice broke down everything he had presented. We decided on a way ahead and scheduled the fix for the coming days. On the day of service, he arrived early and got to work. It took him a little over 4 hours and he explained what he was doing along the way. I'm back in service! Today is expected to be a 90-degree day, it's right on time.
