As I waited in the lobby with my son, the owner comes back to me and says we have a problem. He proceeds to take us back into the back area and he shows me that the shaft was stripped when he tried to takeoff the nut to pull off the blade. I looked at it and I tried not to be angry in front of my son. But I was annoyed on the inside. The problem that I have with this individual or establishment of business is that there was no accountability for what was done to my lawnmower. The owner apologized and told me he was the one that worked on it and that it was nothing that he could do to rectify the situation. He said "This kind of thing happens" and that he's had other lawnmowers that this is happened to before. My other problem with this after I is that after I left I researched YouTube videos. And I found that no one used a power tool to remove the nut off of any lawnmower. They all use the hand socket wrench or torque wrench. I asked the owner before I left to compensate me for this. He told me no, he's not held responsible. My wife called him to ask him to use one of his lawnmowers for the day and he still wants to charge me after breaking my machine. #justlostacustomer

We loaded it up about 1/4 full with old tile and materials then threw cardboard and paper from packaging on top to about half way. We later got a call that it was over THEIR 2000 lb limit and charged 20% more. Bottom line is that they are no real deal and priced about the same as everyone else so don't get sucked in based on price. They are competent as long as you know going in that they don't really have lower prices. The approach bothers me so I won't use them again. I can get a bigger dumpster for the same price from my local township.

I was told another stand would be sent. A week later, no stand. I called and was told it would be delivered the following week. I was recommended by neighbors to Culligan. He gave me the quote on paper and took my card number to "hold" my spot. I texted him 2 weeks out to ask about the permit and he told me it was already pulled and the city would call me after installation. Day of install they never showed up so I called. He finally called back later that afternoon and said he had mixed me up with another customer and that he would "handle it personally".... He was always the only one involved! Lol! He didn't even know what I was having installed. He had zero idea what was going on. I'm done! I've already moved on to someone else. What if I had taken a day off work? I would be out $. This infuriates me! Don't use Culligan!
