The tree came down within 5 months, and top of my brand new 6' vinyl privacy fence blows back and forth over a foot in each direction. The gate they installed does not close on its own. The gate hung crooked with 2 weeks of it being erected. I expect the fence & gate to fall any day. The deck they built using the Trex clamping system so you don't see screws was done incorrectly and the boards are becoming loose around all 4 sides of the deck. The ramp up to deck has separated because the deck boards were not correctly attached to the framing. Nikita has not returned any phone calls or text messages. I have called several contractors to have repairs made and NO ONE WILL TOUCH THE VERY EXPENSIVE PILE OF CRAP in my yard. Non pressure treated lumber was indiscriminately interspersed with pressure treated lumber in the framing, which sits on a concrete pad. The consensus of contractors I have called to repair this deck & fence is that it needs to be removed and started from the very beginning again. I thought Nikita knew what he was doing and trusted him to do it correctly. I felt his bid for this job was low, so I took it upon myself to pay him an additional $1,600 on top of the the agreed amount. I always want to be fair when dealing with others and make sure that they are able to compensate their employees fairly. In my over 60 years of living this is the first time I have been SO SEVERELY SCREWED by a contractor. I went so far as to offer to pay additional money to correct the more severe issues with the fence & deck, but he never even returned a phone call or text! DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO THROW AWAY! He is quite charming, but lacks follow through and basic construction knowledge!
