The first one they gave me died, and they replaced it right there, on the spot, no questions asked, and that one has been fine ever since. I have also gone to them a few times with general tech questions that they were under no obligation to answer, and they have always stopped what they were doing and have taken the time to explain things to me, patiently and in detail. It's hard for me to imagine how they would be any better.
