Over the weekend I was able to try Rocket Spirits. This is a small owned business that is located a few streets off of downtown Littleton. The ambiance was nice and clean on the inside. They had a wide variety of choice for their drinks. I believe that they make all of their own alcohol on site. The service was very good, I was impressed by the kindness and knowledge of the drink menu that they had. I tried a few items off the menu. I had the chips and salsa which were very good. I believe the chips and salsa were made by the food truck that is outside. The Mac and cheese was good but a little overwhelming with the thickness and amount of cheese sauce put on it. The chicken wings were very good, well cooked with great crisp on the outside and soft and delicious on the inside. My favorite item were the sliders though. Both styles were really good and for $5 each it is a great value. I enjoyed my experience at Rocket Spirits and will be back to try more of their food and drinks. read more

My wife and I were looking for the new-to-us Comet Brews on a Sunday and stumbled across this place, and while they're closed on Sundays we decided to give it a try on a later date. A few weeks later we parked nearby right about opening time on a Saturday, and I asked the bartender if their patio was dog friendly. He replied that both the patio and the interior were, so we grabbed a seat on a comfy couch and got a water bowl for the pooch. We perused the cocktail menu as the establishment rapidly got busier. Neither of us is much of a cocktail person, generally preferring beer and, in my wife's case, wine. But we each decided on a Manhattan, and they were really delicious. We chatted with our very pleasant server about the place's history, their homemade liquor, our dog, and other chitchat. By the time we had nursed our cocktails dry every table had guests at it, including some young children with their families and several dogs, and the place had a very happy vibe going on. We'll definitely stop in for another beverage the next time we're in Littleton on a Friday or Saturday. read more

Rocker is a nice, quiet bar located around downtown Littleton in an unassuming area. The interior is well-decorated and clean. The drink I had was also really tasty! However, we had an issue with the servers/bartenders there. Every single time we asked for a drink or anything else, we had to ask for it again and they were too busy gossiping with each other and goofing around. The check was actually requested twice in about 10-15 minute increments before we stood in front of the register asking for the check. I think that unfortunately warrants 2 stars to be taken off. We hope to visit sometime soon and have a different experience! read more

Another long overdue review! This is by far my favorite bar. It surpasses all others in every aspect. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They are attentive to their customers and appreciate any feedback provided. Their easy going demeanor makes Rocker Spirits an easy place to return to. The decor lends itself to the chill ambiance of the place. It has a pirate/sailor vibe that is complimented by the numerous barrels of bourbon whiskey, rocker rum and rocker vodka. On this night, I went in simply to sample one of the drinks on their new menu and needless to say it did not disappoint. Their ingredients are top notch and you can taste the quality of them complimented by the alcohol. This place is a hidden treasure and worth the 30 plus minute drive for me. Oh and live music on some nights makes the experience even more enjoyable! read more

Haven't been here since Covid, but I'm glad it's still opened, quaint little bar in Littleton. Sit outside it's better if Colorado weather is decent. @Cholorado serves the delicious appetizers and food for this establishment. Be sure to check them out! My favorite drinks here are their Old Fashion and now the 52 Ford. Our favorite food here are definitely the tacos , the bbq wings which they don't serve dued to a National Chicken wing shortage. Other than that to be honest, all the food is worth getting depending on your taste or craving. They also serve, N/A drinks for our DD designated drivers, and have a nice selection of cocktails and spirits. The DJ tonight was way too loud for the inside! Nice guy though read more

Rockers We had met up with some friends at this quaint little place, it is a distillery.. The night we were there it didn't really have tableservice we had to go up to the bar to order our drinks, that was no big deal. We tried a few different cocktails, one was the whiskey sour, it was really good with egg whites on top which the presentation was fun but a very small drink. The "Admirals cocktail" was my favorite, very tasty, yummy but that also came in a very small glass. So if I look at what they charge per drink it totally makes sense because the drinks are reasonable. It has such a good vibe, and it's a neighborhood gem. It has sliding doors, looks like garage doors not sure what that is, it might lead to an outdoor patio, now that would be fun. The food truck food looks great. Some people I was talking to I had ordered the nachos and they gave me one to try and it was wonderful. I WOULD go back. read more

Lots of changes past year or so...no food truck for awhile...now a "food" truck serves extremely limited food: chips and Mac n cheese. They literally make the liquor on-site so why are basic drinks like Old Fashioned's $14? Come on guys...give a break there's no middle-man on liquor. Maybe $9 or even $10? $15 for a whiskey sour??!!The drinks are good and the space is outstanding...however I'm guessing unless changes are made this place will sadly close. Great drinks, eclectic and a great variety of creative drinks. Authentic whiskey sour- I didn't even know they came with an egg white!! Just really good drinks, and decent prices. Have been coming to Rocker Spirits for a couple years now since they opened up. Was told by friends that they had phenomenal cocktails. They definitely do have phenomenal cocktails. And some damn good food as well. In the past the service has been a bit spotty...but I would possibly chalk that up Covid... But lately we've been coming in on Wednesday's and Fridays and Keenan has been back behind the bar. He is the man...great personality and conversation. Takes song requests...he's honestly the reason why we've not moved onto the next spot. Go there. Get a drink. BS with Keenan. You won't be disappointed. Just remember to check the hours before heading in. Off the beaten path in Historic Old Town Littleton is this really cool whisky bar. What a great vibe to meet with friends for a cocktail. I had the Be Good or Be Gone and it was amazing. They serve appetizers as well, so I will have to try it next time I stop in. read more

First time I went there on Friday night with a date! Both our first time. Apparently it was Top Gun night and TJ was are amazing startender! He told us the story behind the distillery and his life in St. Louis. We heard about this place from a few friends. We were not disappointed at all! TJ warned us about the singing and music choice. We checked out the cocktail menu and chose a few ones. We got there at 5pm and the locals showed up, we met so many fun patrons. Ended up staying until 10pm. Great date and place! Oh Rockers! I love this place! I've been coming here for a while it's my favorite place in Littleton for a cocktail. I met the owners on my first visit and have continued to enjoy coming in. Ya, it's good. Get there early if you can, it's a small place and tables are hard to come by. My one observation- they need 2 or 3 people waiting tables - they had 1 waitress for a packed house. We used to love Rocket Spirits. We went tonight after the pandemic break and it was a horrible experience!! The entire night was very slow service. There were only 2-3 other tables there with 3-4 staff working. We watched the staff take shots behind the bar and hang out drinking rather than serve our table. We waited for 20 minutes before anyone came over ANd were inside (easy to see). This was important to celebrate two family birthdays since we have not been out in a long time.
