I like this place but when we went in today they were out of a lot of stuff. It's usually full of lots of unique things candy and soda you can't normally get. Things are a little pricey. Google maps will lead you to their last location. They are still in Perry Crossing but not by Dicks. They are in the block with Bru Burger. So cute shop. Lots and lots of bazzar and interesting sodas and some "normal" ones. Got a 6 pack discount. My cousin got a 12 pack discount on sodas. Very friendly employee. Really wanted ChoCola but they didn't have any. The folks that now own the rights to it have had bottling issues and stuff. So she didn't know if it was available at all ( insert sad face ). Well worth the trip to check them out!! read more

It's just ok. I expected to be able to buy bulk candies and chocolates like most candy stores, but that was not the case. There was individually wrapped candies you can buy in bulk but no turtles, bulk sour ribbons, or things like that. They mostly have candy you could get at the has station. They do have a nice soda selection. I got a bottled Coke and I saw thet also had Ski and many other bottled sodas. Kinda expensive at about $2.50 for the Coke bottle. read more

Had a blast in here! The whole area is fun to walk around in, but this place took me back. Anything you could imagine in the soda pop line. But the candy? Off the hook! Made me feel like I was 7 again, looking to spend 50 cents on candy. Everything I could think of was there. Great staff too! They'll help you load your bag up to get your moneys worth. Came to this place to find the gas monkey energy drink. Unfortunately they were out and only had the light. Located in the mall parking is limited, had to park a ways away and walk to the store. Place is awesome looking with very nice staff. Out of a lot of little things and product but the woman working said truck should be coming soon. Some things are rather pricey for basic things. When I checked in on yelp it said spend $5 and get a free grab bag which they didn't have. The lady was awesome and let us get 10 pieces of candy for the inconvenience. I would recommend this place to anyone into candy & soda. It has a lots of memorabilia from comic books & old school things. read more

Entering into Rocket fizz you are instantly transported back to childhood memories and how much fun it was to hang with friends and just have a blast. Make sure to check in on your first visit as they have a grab bag for you with a 5.00 purchase, not hard to do with so many choices. Excellent customer service as well. read more

Check in on Yelp and get a little grab bag! I like Rocket Fizz. Although I no longer drink soda of any kind, both the candy and soda selection are top notch! They have my favorite gummy candy that is there as soon as you walk in the door. The employees are super friendly and helpful. The only thing I really would improve: The prices. Dang. Some of that stuff is so much cheaper at Meijer, etc. It's just a neat store overall. read more

What can I say, this is one of our favorite stores at Perry crossing! We can't go to Perry Crossing without stopping here. They have almost all the favorite candies including all the old ones as well as all the flavored creme sodas (and more). They also have all kinds of fun signs all over the walls as well as fun masks/ heads you can purchase and funny toys/stuffed animals all the kids love. The people who work there are super personable and are always ready to help. Its an all around great store! read more

I love this store. I make a point to stop in every time we are close by and at least grab a cold Triple XXX root beer to drink while we are shopping. They have the best assortment of candies and treats. I was incredibly impressed at how they have transformed their model to keep up with all of the current COVID-19 restrictions. I recently ordered a gift box from them for my son's birthday. I worked with the owner who helped me customize the order to make it special for him. They did a wonderful job making his day special. I can't wait until the store is back open but until then we have lots of sweet treats to keep us going. read more

I am not a big candy eater, but I love this place! I go every time before I go see a movie at the Carmike. They even stay open later than other stores in the mall just for the movie crowd. They have such a variety of sodas and candies from all over the world, i get something different every time I visit. I especially like the old candies that i have not seen since I was a kid. Went to this place while i was waiting for my glasses to be done across the street. First time i have ever been and I loved it. They have every candy and soda pop they is.. at least it seems that way. I even found some candy that I havent been able to find anywhere but online, they even had Mexican candies for my boyfriend who grew up on them. The only negative thing I do have to say is that the employees stood behind the counter the whole time, they only were talking to eachother and not with guests, only time you got something out of them was when they said your total. I was so excited to find out that Rocket Fizz was opening a second location near where I live! I was a huge fan of the location Downtown and the new store is just as amazing! The location is perfect. The family and I love to go to Metropolis so this gives a great place to get a special treat. The variety of speciality sodas and candy is awesome. I feel like a kid in the dime store down the street where I grew up with all the candy I grew up with. It is the perfect place to put together gift baskets for those who have a sweet tooth or a tasted of something unique. They acutally had sodas in the flavors to make a soda salad! Ranch Dressing, Cucumber and Tomato sodas. Not really for me but someone out there may like it! I love all the fun non-edible gift options too. The retro wall tins are really cool and there are fun little gag gifts. I can't wait to go back and put together my kids birthday baskets with a few little treats from Rocket Fizz! read more
