He was skilled, professional, and quiet, and the finished repairs looked great. However, customers should be careful when dealing with the company. During the estimate, we asked about installing access panels for most openings. The estimator advised that they were largely unnecessary and suggested that only the main water valve might need one. Based on that discussion, we understood that a single access panel would be included. While it was our mistake not to review the contract more carefully before signing, the process was confusing. We signed on an iPad on Tuesday without being given an opportunity to review the detailed terms and did not receive a copy of the contract until Friday, after speaking with a manager. Before work began on Wednesday morning, we texted the company to confirm the access panel and were told the message had been forwarded to the technician. At no point were we informed that the access panel was not included, although the company later offered to install one for an additional charge. What was disappointing was that, whenever there was ambiguity, the company seemed to interpret it in its own favor rather than seeking a fair resolution. Overall, the workmanship was excellent, but the communication, contract process, and customer service were disappointing.

After attempting for over two weeks to reach the owner, I was only afforded a second opportunity to…read morespeak with an employee -- and that conversation was short-lived, to say the least. I was informed that staff had been instructed to immediately hang up if I called. That directive, I was told, came directly from the founder and principal owner, Peter K. Other than my conversations with Haley, this has been the worst professional experience of my life. This project was supposed to be completed on January 19, yet I am still dealing with the consequences of what was presented to me as finished work. Much of what was described as "nearly complete" has since had to be removed and repaired properly. Systems that should never have failed did -- including a thermostat that burned out as a result of the work performed. The financial overhang this has created is substantial and entirely avoidable. Beyond the fact that most of the workmanship had to be repaired again -- and was largely substandard -- I discovered a piece of white flex tape being used to hold part of a wall together. That is not a professional repair. That is a temporary patch presented as completed construction. When structural or finish elements are being secured with tape instead of proper materials and methods, it raises serious concerns about competence and safety. The issue here is not just poor workmanship. It is the refusal to communicate, the dismissal of legitimate concerns, and the deliberate avoidance of accountability. When a company accepts significant payment for skilled labor, it assumes the responsibility to complete the work properly and to stand behind it. I am documenting this to ensure transparency and to provide an accurate account of what occurred. Consumers deserve professionalism, safety, and basic respect.

They sealed all the high hats and breaches. They filled it with blown cellulose to R49. Which has settled now after a few months. Not the R49. They came back 5 times to redo items that were not properly done. The AC problem is not what we were hoping for. Better somewhat. They recommended a larger fan to exhaust bathroom moisture. Not resolved. We spent over 15g . Not really happy with the outcome. We will have to hire an engineering company to access whatever is necessary to fix this problem.

He thoroughly explained how they would be taking care of my crawl space and cantilever insulation issues. The project was done in one day just before thanksgiving of 2023. The work crew was terrific along with the project manager Mike. There was one small glitch and Mike came back with another worker and took care of my concerns. I can't say enough as far as how satisfied we are. I delayed on writing this post until after this recent very cold snap ( wind chills to below10 degrees )to be sure that my heating issues were abated. They know what they are doing and never cut corners at all. They also exceeded my expectations!

Everything was about, "you've got to sign by tomorrow or you'll lose this great price". It wasn't a great price. According to him It was supposed to cost $6800 but if I had less than a certain income then it miraculously dropped to $3500 to do various insulations around the house, about half a day's work. The way the proposal was written it sounded very involved, but it was essentially insulating the attic and caulking around the house. That's a ton of money for that work. He then called me constantly, pushing for me to sign. When I finally told him I don't react well to these kind of deadlines he said "have a nice day" and hung up. This company is preying on people who don't know pricing and fall for their sales pitch.

I would recommend Green Audit to anyone, any time if you need fixing for your insulation. We are happy customers!
