I asked for a salad? just cancel the order. She yells to the back. SHE CANCELLED THE ORDER. When you get 30 minutes for lunch and have to wait the whole 30 minutes for your food, it defeats the concept of lunch time.

When I was there last Tuesday it was Mac & cheese (homemade) and a chili dog (homemade chili). You either get the daily special or you order anything they have the ingredients to make based on the main menu. As a default, they always have hamburgers and buns. My wife had the chef salad with steak (yes, an amazing filet cooked medium and sliced on top) and I had the burger. They locals that took us both had the special. They only serve lunch 11-1 so don't be late. Virtually everyone there knows everyone there. They all sit in the same place. Pretty awesome experience.
