I honestly like this place because you never know what you will find. I drive over and 2 hours and I've been there about 6 times, and I will continue to go. My first visit was around October 2022. They had baby clothes to adult clothes (brand name) on shelves and on hangers. It was more enjoyable going through the clothes. 2 weeks ago I went back and they now have all clothes in large boxes. I was bummed. The boxes were not set in sizes or any sort. I walked away as I was not going to sort through a box/hay stack. IF the owner reads this I hope they change it back to hanging again. The warehouse is dusty but they are a warehouse. What do people expect? Walmart? Target? I found very good deals everytime I've gone there. This store is not a "I'll shop online!" it is a "gotta go in!" to find good deals. The people are nice, they don't seem to friendly but never judge a book by its cover. They have welcomed me in 2 out of 6 times as I have been there with my son but it's ok. I guess I'm use to people not greeting me. But my son is 9 and loves the store as well! great job liquidation store but as always some improvement could be done (like the clothes not in huge boxes). read more

We made the 25 minute trip from Beloit hoping that we would find something worth bringing home. Instead we found random stuff covered in dust just thrown onto shelves. A lot of the stuff we saw was priced the same as you could find on Amazon. The price tags compared their price to "retail" but their idea of retail was actually more like MSRP. Also, the place had a weird smell. A STRONG odor similar to a very overpowering gas station bathroom air freshener. Not pleasant at all. The guys working there seemed nice. They greeted us when we got there and thanked us for coming when we left, but we will not be back. read more

Ignore the negative reviews. With all the great deals they offer it's understandable that items may sell out quick. However, if you're flexible I promise you that you can always find something you want at a better than retail price. On certain items they will even knock some off the asking price. Things are constantly coming and going so it's never the same. Take a trip to check them out. read more

I have been there many times and trips have ranged from good/great deal, to the microwave i bought crapped out after 2 weeks. The best approach is to think of it like a garage sale. Sure the ad said they had a tandem bike but it could be gone before you get there. "but i called ahead"... much like a garage sale a family member might sell it not knowing. or they have a first come first serve policy and are not holding any items because in used sales we all get people who call and never show (craigslist). if your coming from any distance for a specific item, see if you can prepay over the phone (ive not done it but i think they are pretty reasonable to work with). the best items go quick so let your cash talk. As for the prices, the retail side is hit and miss. if you find the exact item item cheaper or same as amazon they will usually work with you. but usually the item they stock are more industial than the ones the regular consumer buys You will notice a fenced area piled with damaged or hard sell items. on certain days they will open this up at deep discounts. but its a crap shoot. its fun to dig through and look for the little gems hidden in the industrial bulk. make a pile of your finds and they will shoot a price. sometimes I score, sometimes I walk away because I dont like the price. read more

False advertising at its finest. They advertise great deals on "available " things only to f9nd out those items are not available. But they want you to come in "look at everything we have for sale". Its just a scam to get you into their facility. I emailed them interest in a specific item and informed them I was coming from 2 hours away. And when I was literally 5 minutes away I get a message that they shockingly sold the item! But then she tells me to "come in and take a look" we have other things. We went anyway and where the item should have been with other similar items there was thick dust on the shelf. No evidence of anything ever being on the shelf. Should have known it was too good to be true. This place is a scam. read more
