Crispy red snapper with a Caesar salad
    Wild Haired M.

The music and ambience was nice. It had an upscale feel without trying too hard. We went for lunch and both ordered the Caesar salad and I also got the watermelon lemonade. I requested red snapper on my salad instead of salmon. I know salmon is healthy but the red snapper is so delicious. They gave me a generous piece of fish, pan fried it crispy and used Cajun seasoning. The shaved fresh parmigiana cheese is amazing on the salad. Great lunchtime meal. My only complaint was the Caesar salad was a little small to be a meal. I expected to receive the standard size salad.

Everything we ordered was delicious!!! Excellent service! Friendly staff. Great ambiance!

I love this place! Drive by here twice a week! Such a hidden gem by Ikea. Once you walk in they greet you and the wait is never that extreme. The oysters are sooooo good and the snow grab is delicious! Definitely check them out! The vibes is very laid back! Definitely give them a visit! Plenty of parking and it's free.

Food was great. I don't know who was from New Orleans but was very authentic. No desserts on the menu but the portions were generous. The staff looked like they were tired. It was Saturday so I think they were busy from earlier in the day Highly recommend.

The place was clean and the service was solid. We really liked the soft shell crab with remoulade -- nice size, super crispy, and full of flavor. We also went for the Combo #1 seafood boil with crawfish, mussels, clams, plus sausage, corn, and potatoes. Not bad overall -- I just found the sauce a little on the salty side. One thing that was kind of a bummer -- no complimentary refills on soda or iced tea. All in all, it was okay. Glad we checked it out!

Loved this seafood boil location. It was a nice place to go to for some quick seafood boil service. When we got there it was pretty empty by the time we left it was packed but we got everything we needed in a timely matter no matter the crowd. We order lemon pepper wings and they were delicious. We got the #2 Combo. It was delicious. We wanted to try some of their other dishes like the Cajun pasta or the pasta jambalaya but it would've been way too much food for us. We'd definitely like to come back so maybe we can try some other menu items then.

"King crab" next to snow crab. Which one is bigger ?
    Nam L.

Ordered the #3 combo. 1 order of "king crab" and another side order of snow crab As you can see in picture. King crab is smaller than the snow crab. $80 for king and $50 for the snow. The #3 combo was EXTREMELY SALTY ! Was very painful to eat. The king crab and snow asked for just boil. No spice please. So my 5 year old can enjoy it. Of course came out spicy. Their exploitationwas the boiling water is the same water they use. But obviously their food is precooked and pre marinated. So instead of getting a new batch. They got a marinated one with flavor and soaked in hot water try to get the spice out. Hands down worst experience ever !! Paid over $300 for this meal. Had to take home and rebuild all the food and try to salvage whatever is left. Just sucks when you spend that much money and your kids cant even enjoy the food. Not even the easiest way Just boil !!

Garlic noodles. Not a fan. Flavorless

Walked in not very crowded. One big party and a few empty tables. PERFECT. Had my choice of seats. Service was great our waiter was very knowledgeable and helped us order. Food came out pretty quickly everything was delicious, shrimp was fresh and king crab legs were meaty and delicious. Sauce was a little salty, but the peach iced tea mellowed it. Will definitely go back. Ordered the beignets to go probably should have ate them when they were hot. But they weren't bad.

Twas Sunday, Father's Day and my person, who I wanted to celebrate is an inpatient man sooo didn't want to go to a super busy spot and low key. He loves seafood so decided to check it out. I tried the garlic black noodles with lobster with a side of Alfredo sauce, it really tasted better for my taste buds. Also got a ceasar salad that was good and honestly was overpriced. My partner didn't want to work for his food and do all that cracking and separating sooo he went with double catfish with corn and fries, he cleared that plate out! Good price for that combo. And our server was great and so were the other staff members, will be back for some crab legs. Delicious strawberry lemonade.

Always delicious, can always count on my food tasting good and out very quickly when I'm here. This place gets very busy when large parties arrive. There's also plenty of parking outside as well Edit: Our server's name is Marvin! Thanks again!!

Dined here for the third time on Saturday (March 29th, 2025), the first and last time two times prior to my recent experience was in October and November, respectively of 2022 those two occasions were absolutely wonderful. The service was great as well as the food. They were playing a series of hits from the early 2000s which really added to the vibe on all occasions. I especially love how well carbonated their fountain soda drinks are they last a long time which I've yet to experience that part from any location aside from McDonald's. On all three occasions, the same thing was ordered. with the addition to the fried platter this last time, which was the seafood boil mix at $64.99. Here is where things go south while dining. I've bit into one of the shrimp, and got off putting taste. I hope that it was nothing, but turns out it was. The place advertises "always fresh" now given that seafood in the Los Angeles area is not pulled from our beaches oceans because of pollution, we know that's not entirely true, however, how you keep frozen seafood, still requires a certain level of precaution. We had dinner around seven and arrived back home about eight p.m. By 11 PM I was in the restroom with diarrhea and consistently had it until about 8 AM the next morning. I thought maybe it was just me, but seeing how my mother who also dined with me on all these occasions as well, at this location, she also woke up with diarrhea; that is the only thing both of us had eaten which leaves us to conclude that it was in fact, the boiled seafood, not the fried platter, because today, not even a full two days later, when I opened the refrigerator, I was immediately hit with the smell of spoiled seafood (as we brought home our leftovers). We haven't touched the food since we brought it home Saturday night. Mind you, that is the only food currently in our refrigerator and it's Monday afternoon as I type this review. So today, I called the restaurant around noon, to inquire if I could possibly speak with the manager, just to inform them of the situation, not wanting anything in return, except for them to make sure that things are being properly stored. I said, " hello, I was wondering if I could speak with your manager"? I was told, "the manager isn't available" then I asked if I would be able to leave my number for when the manager would be available? The person who answered the phone said "the management doesn't come in until Thursday". I said "wowwww, okay, well thank you" and without any response, she hung up the phone. Now this is where I get upset, and here I am leaving a yelp review. Diarrhea is not anything to play with, and the fact that this person who answered the phone didn't even attempt to inquire about why I would possibly need the manager or if there was anything that she could help me with instead, she had an attitude, and then hung up the phone, in my face, before I could say goodbye, indicates to me she had a problem, and likely the manager was actually there, and just does not want to deal with customers? I don't know, but the service was great that night. "M" was our waiter, Super fun, super lively, so I was surprised by this encounter today, Monday afternoon, only two days later, to get this. So what do you do when you can't make things right with the actual establishments, when you try? You come to Yelp and you write a review about your experience (since they didn't care to hear it), as we know, reviews make the world of difference. That phone call today was unprofessional. I've worked in Customer Service, and I highly value treating clients with respect, as well as a customer treating employees with respect because we all deserve respect and appreciation. The bill was over 100 and something dollars, seafood in California, is not inexpensive (due to the shipping factor, previously mentioned). So basically, we're not likely to be returning, and I say go at with your own risk, at this point. Cheers!

There are many tables for both larger and smaller parties. Majority of the guests seemed to be here for similar reasons. Staff was friendly but it did take awhile after placing orders for anything to come out of the kitchen. The bread basket we got within the first 10-20mins was nice. It had banana bread, dinner rolls and crisps which came with pesto butter. However, the rest of our food did take a while (almost 45mins) to come out which our party was pretty big so I guess I would say contributed to the wait. When the food did come out some of our party didn't get their order at the same time, which I will have to say takes away from the overall experience. I ordered the Pene Pasta with bolognese from the daily plates which I hoped would have been good and a bowl of soup (pumpkin soup was the soup of the day). However, there wasn't a lot of flavor to the overall dish and I found the meat bits in the sauce were crunchy for some reason. The few veggie bits in the dish were decent. The soup was good but overall nothing mind blowing. Overall the experience was a mixed bag. I don't know if I would come back unless it's another company function mainly due to the overall experience. There is plenty of parking in the back but also street parking is available.

On this occasion, I ordered the Tavern Fish & Chips ($22). It is described as "Alaskan cod coated in a tempura beer batter and served with French fries, tartar sauce and yuzu herb coleslaw". The positives of this dish are that it was prepared well. Both the fish and chips tasted good. The presentation was also nice; which leads to the coleslaw: The coleslaw tasted good, too; but I was surprised the serving was so spare. It's almost as if it was served just to optically balance the presentation in the basket. (See photo shared,) And while the price was not unreasonable, feel it's creeping towards expensive (relative to serving size). I'll attribute this to rising input costs. Staffing might be an issue during the lunchtime service. Service was okay, but they seemed to be understaffed. It's possible that most of their business is done after 5pm.

Plenty of parking on the plaza…read more Came on a weekday night during Happy Hour. Place was packed. Ambiance was nice. Music was extremely loud, had to yell to have a conversation. Waiters kept checking on us. Got the mild Buffalo Wings for $14 and Parmesan Fries for $6. The wings were good. The Parmesan Fries were really good, they didn't skimped on the Parmesan. Both dishes were small and came with ranch sauce. Got place to watch the games with friends. Not the place to have a conversation. Happy Hour was Monday to Friday from 4pm to 7pm and 10pm to closing at midnight. Karaoke night was Wednesdays and Saturdays from 10pm to closing at midnight.
