We came here on a Thursday during winter break. It was nice that they had a designated time for 6 and under from 9am-11am. My son had lots of fun exploring the entire place. I believe the price was worth it and my son would have stayed longer if I had let him. I am glad you can bring in your drinks and snacks. I did notice some lights were out making some spots a little darker than others. I wish the cubbies were a little bigger so they could fit diaper bags better. Also the larger blow up at the front of the store probably needs to be replaced all together as there is tape trying to keep some parts of it still together. I purchased a basic birthday party package at Rockin' Jump, and today was the day. The birthday party experience is very good. I've been to their competitors, and I can say for certain that Rockin' Jump is better. Why? #1 Customer service. Rockin' Jump has a super friendly team of people that are waiting and available to manage the parties. The parties have reserved rooms, time slots, and everything is clean, set up and prepared. The parent needs only show up and manage the kids. This is not what you'll get everywhere else. We were able to bring our own cake, but we purchased drinks. The party came with pizza. The jump time was 1.5hrs, and we were able to jump a little after the party. The Rockin' Jump facility is well maintained and clean. I had taken my son there years ago and was pleased with it, but today it was up to date, clean, and they had added a really cool basketball court with padded floor and trampolines. This space was busy the whole time, as was the dodgeball area, but there were no lines. Every area was staffed, including the climbing wall. Honestly, the experience is seamless and easy. The price is fair. The facility is clean and up-to-date. What else could you want? read more

My daughter and her friend asked to go to the trampoline park. We had a coupon here from an attractions book we have, so we decided to try it out. We came an hour into toddler time. The girls played hard for an hour, we went to lunch and they were begging to come back. Definitely a great experience, plenty to keep the kids busy, and plenty of seating for parents. Good overall experience with room for improvements. We have been here multiple times over the years. I like that they offer the monthly packages for unlimited jump time, and we might consider that for our kids soon. Staff is hit or miss as far as friendly and helpful, but that's about what I would expect at a place like this. Mostly youngsters who don't really need the job. The facility is mostly clean but dingy in some spots. The renovations on the bathrooms were sorely needed. There seems to be a lot of wasted space that could fit more trampolines for more bouncing areas and games. My little one really enjoyed the bouncy house last time she was there, but the arcade machines seem like a big waste of space. The foam pit area was also closed last time, but I feel like that spot leaves more to be desired anyway. The offerings could stand for a bit of an overhaul as well back to the drawing board. That aside, my kids always enjoy themselves when we go, so that's worth it! read more

The staff lacked courtesy and professionalism. They were rude and abrasive as if they don't want to help you. 2. They failed to provide the party their dodgeball game and acted as if we should understand THEIR lack of time. He really wanted the game for his party 3. You are treated as if you are dumb if you ask for an explanation of their policies. 4. The manager blew us off when we complained about above mentioned game. Good: Facility was clean and well maintained. All play equipment was in service and appeared safe. Bad: Check in process was amazingly tedious and time wasting. You have to wait in two lines! And if you didn't wait in the first line before going to the second line, you get to wait in the first line again! I thought I was being clever by doing the waiver online and buying a Groupon, but buried in the fine print was a long, long, long list of excluded dates. You might as well not bother. So I got to pay for my kids twice! Thanks! You also have to buy the $3 socks to play. Staff was unhelpful, slow and rude. Manager was more concerned about getting people out of the play area the second their hour was up and not that customers were feeling welcome or having fun. In summary, it's expensive, the kids didn't have that much fun, it takes 20 minutes to get checked in, staff is hostile and never around when you need them. Not recommended. read more

This place is ripping people off. They will continue to charge your card even if you state that you want a 30 day pass. We asked for a 30 day pass and the rep stated that we could purchase a 30 day pass however; this company continued to charge our card at different charges of $74 and sometimes $99.00 although our kids never went back after the 30 days which is obvious we only requested and was told by their rep it was ONLY for 30 days. Check your cards because apparently they don't support customer satisfaction and in addition, the manager blew us off when we complained about the charges. Their customer service SUCKS! Pros- this place is FUN! Four separate "arenas" of big-kid/adult jumping, little kid jumping, a foam pit, and a dodgeball arena. It's a great workout, and the dodgeball is so much fun. The balls are softer than I remember when I was a little girl, and small enough that the little kids can pick them up easily. It's a great way to spend time with your kids, young or old. Cons- the first time I went in there I paid for my daughter to jump, not realizing someone had already paid for her. The employee refused to give me are fund, stating they only refund in gift cards. Seeing that I paid for a service that was not used, that would be illegal. After asking for a manager, the employee made it out like it was a huge inconvenience to get her, and then I waited 10 minutes for the manager to come refund my money. Friday and Saturday nights are packed! This is a new big hangout for teenagers and a hot spot for kids birthday parties. While there is plenty of room to jump, you will wait in line for dodgeball. The problem comes in when people jump the line and the employees don't want to say anything, even after complaints from other people. Apparently teenagers can't stand up to other teenagers and put them in their place. One review stated the employees were constantly cleaning. I've been twice and never seen anyone cleaning. That being said, everyone is barefoot, which is kinda icky. Plus, sweaty kids touching dodgeballs, wiping the sweat on their face, dripping on the trampolines....you definitely need a shower when you leave! A recommendation- please put some type of lockers that actually lock in there. Management clearly states they are not responsible for lost or stolen articles, but they only give you cubby holes and lockers with no locks to "secure" your items. Phones and Ugg boots, keys and shoes are bound to get stolen (scary when your car is right outside). You obviously can't jump around with all that stuff (trust me, I tried and it wasn't fun), so please give us the option to secure it! read more

They are definitely not being safe in the time of COVID. While the area was clean and not packed, they did not enforce mask policies even with the staff. This facility is beautiful and trampolines are fun. HOWEVER, I will never return to this place an employee cussed at me and my children for completely unknown reasons. I felt so disrespected by every employee there. If you want to avoid your children being yelled and cussed at I would suggest avoid this place. I homeschool my kids and am always looking for activities to do with them. Brought them to Rockin Jump for their homeschool jump and they had a blast! I took a group of my students here for a field trip. First off I'd have to say that it's a pretty neat idea. With the free play area, foam pit, and dodge ball area...it's a cool attraction. The folks up front were very nice and professional. The problem I had was the staff in the play area. First off you had one guy that was constantly yelling at the kids that were jumping. I don't mean raising his voice to carry across the room but I mean literally scolding these kids. Another staff member looked like the paying customers were bothering here as she waved her hand back and forth "directing traffic" at the foam pit. Then there was dumb and dumber at the dodge ball pit. They were more interested in jumping around and trying to do tricks with the balls then actually letting the kids play. Not only that but when they were suppose to referring the match they were just sitting there talking to each other and not paying attention. Let's think about it...customer service job with tons of kids. Maybe we should hire energetic, kind, and professional people to work here. Went here on a weeknight and it wasn't very busy, the place smelled nice and clean so I felt like they did a good job at sanitizing the place, there was only 5 of us, 3 adults and 2 kids...and we get checked in then it goes downhill from there, I know it wasn't a busy night but we really felt unwelcome...they were basically trying to close the place while we were jumping, closing out the concession stand and shutting all the games down, this was before 8:15 and at 8:30 around the time our jump session ended, so 30 minutes before they close they are already almost out of there, I know it's not a big deal but it felt rushed and when I pay for something I don't expect being treated like I'm an inconvenience to the staff for being there. read more

Attended for toddler time on a Saturday morning when they opened. Everything was physically safe and in good condition, but some of the trampolines had obviously not been cleaned thoroughly and COVID masking precautions were NOT being enforced. There was old candy on the trampoline in the dodgeball section, and in the section with the foam cubes, there were large bits of torn foam everywhere. Both of these are choking hazards for the youngest jumpers. In addition to this, most of the adult participants were not wearing masks, and while I understand why the two year olds were not masked, I don't get why grown people were not, especially when there are signs posted everywhere. I asked one of the attendants about it, and he said that people didn't care and made no effort to address the situation outside of saying, "We tell them we require it when they come in, but people don't seem to care." With so many people not wearing masks, my family felt that they had to leave our area when the unmasked patrons came in, which was pretty frequent. I'm sorry, but if you are going to have a facility for public recreation, ALL rules need to be followed and enforced, or you need to start asking people to comply or leave. If this were a pool or someplace under regular health department inspection, they would have been cited for the above reasons. I will definitely think twice about returning during the pandemic unless cases are way down, everyone in my party is vaccinated, and safety precautions are being enforced. read more

My 12 year old had his birthday party here today. All I can say is WOW. 17 people showed up and they the staff was just amazing. Jalisa (Lisa) was was our party host and she was perfect! Absolutely will be booking another party here again. Everything was taken care of and my wife and I were able to just sit back, relax and enjoy watching our son and his friends have fun. The service here is just awful!. I had a Groupon and took my two brothers here to jump. Well when we got there they said that they could only jump for 30 minutes instead of the full hour on my Groupon. If you look at your Groupon there are dates excluding when you can jump and it's almost every day up until it expires. There's only a few days it lets you go actually jump so I only had very limited options on when to come especially because I work every week 12-14 hour shifts. Well when we got there at 6:30 they informed us that you have to use the Groupon before 7pm... in no where does it say that on the Groupon. So the person explains well you only have 30 minutes to jump so I was just like okay fine cuz the boys were already so excited and I knew I wouldn't be able to come back because the rest of the dates on the Groupon excluded me from going until they finally expire.. the cashier lady takes 5 minutes to look up my last name to tell me we need to sign the waiver form again. So I try and rush through that and when I get back up to the cashier after filling out the waiver again she takes another 5 minutes to find our last names again. She keeps apologizing for her "sausage fingers keep hitting the wrong buttons" like she was doing it on purpose to drag our jump time down. Then she says oh well you have to buy the socks before I can let them finally go jump. She says well they're only 4 dollars, you don't have to pay to jump so all your spending is 4 dollars...... EXCUSE ME. Yes I bought these Groupons so yes I'm paying for jumping. These groupons didn't just magically appear in my hands lady. I buy the flipping socks and the lady tells me okay you now have 15 minutes to jump. ARE YOU SERIOUS. I feel like she played me cuz she was taking so long to even look up my last name and she knew we were trying to hurry like.. the service here is absolutely ridiculous. I understand timing is everything with a business such as this. I took my nephew to jump for the first time since it changed from Airbound to Rockin' Jump on a Tuesday afternoon around 5pm. They now require a pair of socks that you must purchase from them that have grippers on them which I think is a smart move and lessens the opportunity for slips, trips and falls. In terms of timing, it wasn't well attended and seemed to be picking up as we were leaving and hour and a half later. My nephew really enjoyed the rock climbing wall but wasn't able to enjoy some of the other areas because more people were needed. The staff working in the actual jump areas need to be more engaged with the activity/action that is going on around them as opposed to staring off in space. If they recognize that certain times of the day always net low attendance, they need to offer a discount rate or stress that it is open jump or something. Meh. Great place to get a fun workout but things are getting a little worn. Many of the springs are getting worn out. That makes it tougher for an adult to get good height. It's always super crowded on the weekends - tons of kids. Dodgeball area is fun but only if the attendants actually pay attention. Some of them could care less about what's going on.
