Pretty cool trampoline park that has a dodgeball court, trampoline area, basketball goals, and a rock climbing wall. Tips-7pm nightly there's glow jumping. Bring a white or neon shirt. Tip-look for their Groupons!!!

Visited this park for the first time after learning that Surge Trampoline Park closed permanently…read more I was impressed with the customer service upon arrival and the ease of check-in. Front desk was fully staff, they were attentive and answered all my questions. We went on a Saturday so it more crowded than I like, but that's to be expected. There are many amenities and features here and the party rooms are private which I thought was a nice touch. Plenty of activities, not just trampolines. Ranging from inflatable bounce house near the entrance, arcade, cotton candy machine, basketball court, dodgeball area, Jungle gym, rockwall, toddler areas for play and jumping and of course trampolines. The couches are more comfortable here than Surge and the bathrooms are cleaner. They also have a special jumping area that's equivalent to a foam pit but no foam. It more of an inflatable area you can jump into and do tricks. It's hard to explain but that's the best way to describe it. I noticed several deals and discounts advertised throughout the facility, which would allow you to pay a cheaper admission if you came during those times/days. The price point was definitely higher than Surge so I was disappointed at that. There I could pay $8 during toddler time and receive unlimited jump time in return. Here the toddler time is $15 for 2 hours. I may not come as often because of the price but there are definitely a lot more to do here and it's much cleaner and we'll maintained. So you get what you pay for. Overall I can see why it's voted top place for children's parties in the triad.

We've been coming here for years, and they have done a good job with keeping the equipment maintained since the rebranding (some of the old branding is still evident on the walls as of this review). They aren't in fact the largest in the triad (surge is larger) but they have plenty to do to fill an hour or two with activity. Pricing could be structured a bit better, but I still recommend for an occasional outing at least.

Better for Older Kids Than Younger Children…read more I recently visited Urban Air Trampoline Park in Winston-Salem with my son and my 4-year-old grandson. It was our first visit, and while my grandson did have fun, I left feeling like the park is much better suited for older children. My biggest concern was that there wasn't a dedicated area for younger kids. Instead, everything seemed to be based primarily on height rather than age, and I don't think that's the safest approach. Just because a child meets the height requirement doesn't mean they're developmentally ready to be playing alongside much older kids and adults who are running and jumping at full speed. We had to stay close to my grandson the entire time to make sure he didn't get knocked over. I really think having a separate area specifically for toddlers and younger children (up to about 5 or 6 years old) would make a huge difference and give parents much more peace of mind. That said, he really enjoyed jumping on the trampolines and playing in the ball pit. We spent about two hours there, and he stayed entertained. He also loved the pretzel we ordered for him, along with a bottle of water. One thing I did appreciate was the pricing. Since I purchased a parent pass and wasn't participating in any of the activities, the total for the three of us was under $30, which I thought was very reasonable. Overall, I wouldn't say it was a bad experience--it just wasn't the best fit for a 4-year-old. I would definitely consider bringing him back when he's older, probably around 10 or 11, when he can safely enjoy more of the attractions without having to constantly watch out for bigger kids. If you're planning to bring younger children, just be prepared to stay right beside them the entire time. In my opinion, Urban Air is a much better experience for older kids than for preschoolers.

The staff at the front check in were pleasant enough. One accommodated us by taking a quick group photo for us. There was also a manager (that they think was named Chris) that allowed my daughter to use an empty party room due to health issues. She is epileptic and the flashing lights in one part of the facility were a concern. He also brought her a fan when she was hot, which was way over the top. So so appreciated. Sadly, the rest of the employees there, with the exception of the two young ladies at the snack bar, were all rather rude. Only one cracked a smile and became more pleasant when I engaged in conversation with him. The rest acted like they hate their jobs and would rather be anywhere else. In fact, I went up on the skywalk and the zip line and there were no instructions given whatsoever. Just hooked up and pointed in the right direction. Chris, or whatever his name was, that helped with my daughters comfort and safety is why I am still giving four stars despite the rude staff members. Also, my granddaughter had an amazing time.

I see the staff has plenty of downtime so I don't know why they aren't getting cleaned. I noticed several other people have mentioned them in their reviews also. As of recent the dodgeball area is closed and I don't know why. It's been like that for a few weeks now so I hope it gets fixed soon. It was honestly chaos and unorganized. There should be a lane dedicated for people who have memberships and advanced purchases. If there is one. I did up going to the side and speaking with a staff member to check in and bypass the line to buy tickets. My son and 1 stayed about 3 hours, which was nice. I usually am active and engaged by jumping but it was too crowded and wanted the kids to the enjoy the space. I did enjoy myself for about 45 minutes of the time. Part of the membership is kids get a slice of pizza and snack. We went around 7:45pm as they closed at 9. The snack is usually popcorn or chips. My son wanted popcorn. He got a little and kernels. They gave us a buzzer as they were supposed to make more but I didn't see that happening around 15 minutes. We decided to leave, so I returned the buzzer without the popcorn. I think they should have a limit on how many people are present so that people can actually enjoy it without it being cramped. The free jump trampoline area had multiple people in one spot when it's supposed to be one only. There was no staff attending to that area but was a staff member at the other areas. In the future, I think I'm going to come earlier in the day if I'm going on the weekend to hopefully beat the crowd. But they have many birthday parties there too, along with walk ins. It can just be very overwhelming.

What really stood out for us was how safe and inclusive the space felt -- especially for families with kids of different ages. Our son Eli was able to jump comfortably, and we appreciated how attentive the team was throughout our visit. The energy was fun without feeling chaotic, and everything ran smoothly. You pay entry and stay as long as you like, which def makes the hefty price tag feel more reasonable. There are multiple options for kids to do. The large playground has tons and tons of climbing areas, a ball pit, and obstacle courses. There are trampolines for basic jumping and flipping and there are basketball dunk trampolines. Luckily a lady came by after a while and asked if we were attending a party and let us check in through the self service kiosk... In my opinion, someone should be on standby as guests for parties are arriving to help them get checked in quickly and taken to where the party is taking place. When you book a party, you select a time slot, why not have the party coordinator receive the guests as they come?? It would make the process a whole lot easier.. I have not been to Urban Air since my son had his Birthday there a few years ago, but I can see a decline in the cleanliness of the establishment.
