We had a really great time at Sky Zone in Thousand Oaks! The facility itself is fantastic--clean, massive, and packed with an awesome variety of trampolines, foam pits, and obstacle courses that kept everyone fully entertained and burning off plenty of energy. It's easily a solid 4-star experience based on the pure fun factor alone.The only reason I'm knocking off one star is the service. While the facility is top-notch, it felt quite understaffed during our visit. I just wish staff members were there to help out more, whether it was monitoring the court areas more closely or being readily available to answer quick questions. Overall, it's a wonderful spot for active family fun, and we will definitely be back. Hopefully, they can beef up the staffing a bit to match the high quality of the park itself! read more

The Place: An insane amount of space here. You could literally spend the day here. Lots of obstacles and options for kids, teens, and adults. The People: The workers were a bit tense while we were checking in. As if they're afraid to make a mistake, or tell you someone wrong. I didn't really feel welcoming vibes from not only the employees at the check in counter, but some of the patrons as well. Could have been because of the location/area of Los Angeles we were in. This trampoline park was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I had to pay $40 for these stupid socks we had to wear. They were not letting us use our own. And I will never come back here. The only good part is the Wi-Fi. And even that sucks. We heard the employees talking about us, and I feel scammed. $100 for 4 people! That's CRAZY! i HIGHLY do not recommend coming here. Great Sky Zone location, my daughters absolutely love it. The neighborhood is very safe and the people are nice. This location is huge and all of it is on one floor, unlike other locations and it makes it very spacious. There are a lot of things to do, from a massive number of various trampolines, to gladiator-style climbs and crawls. My kids also love the zipliine there, that eventually has them falling into a huge space of soft, styrofoam cubes. In addition, they have a trampoline basketball full court and various other games that involve jumping and hand-to-eye coordination. Honestly, too many activities to list, which makes is a terrific space for kids. My only complaint is that sometimes they have too many kids playing all at the same time. At other times it's perfect though. All in all, great place, great location and very affordable monthly memberships. We'll continue coming back. My kids are thrilled! P.S. I'm not sure who enjoyed this place more - me or the kids! Actually maybe my husband had more fun. This location seems to be very organized and doesnt seem to overbook. We came on a Saturday 2pm and my 2 year old was able to safely jump without getting trampled over! There is staff walking around ensuring everyone's safety. It is also nice that its an open area and you can easily spot you kid across the room. We will be back!! read more

The kids love it, and the staff is pretty friendly....... However, the trampoline park itself is REALLY dirty. I'm standing in the kid zone watching my child as dust particles come down like snow. We go to trampoline parks all over the world. I understand that it's hard to keep it clean, but this one is pretty bad. If you look up at the HVAC pipes on the ceiling, they are covered in a thick layer of dust. The zip line is also fun for the kids, but the rope that you pull to retract the bar just gathers up on the floor. Maybe because I'm a mother, but HUGE safety hazard. If that rope gets tangled on a foot or God forbid a child's neck........scary to even think about it. Loose rope on the ground pulling at a high speed is a BIG NO-NO. Also, refilling the hand sanitizer would be helpful. read more

They actually forgot to give all the extras for the VIP service and ended giving vouchers that expire. The place itself is really fun, but my son always gets sick here. Updated Review: Important for Anyone Considering a Membership I wanted to share an update for those looking into getting a membership, especially with summer coming up. When I returned to town, they initially refused to refund my money. Interestingly, when they realized I was the person who had left a previous review, their attitude shifted -- but not in a helpful way. Please keep that in mind. They were unwilling to resolve the issue and only offered a one-month credit instead of a proper refund. Unfortunately, the manager, Kyle, while polite, was not actually helpful. I never felt like I was truly valued as a customer. I came here for my nephew's birthday this past weekend and it was a blast. He was celebrating his 11th birthday with 8 of his favorite buddies and it was a bouncing bundle of fun. Parking was pretty easy in the structure and a quick walk over to the entrance didn't take long at all. Checking in took a little bit since we had a small group of kiddos who all had to get checked in with colored wrist bands. It also took longer because we had a room reserved after the hour of jumping to sit to eat pizza, drinks, and birthday cake. It was the perfect action packed, energy exerting, bouncy flipping activity the 11 year olds needed to get out of their system. There were also tons of people of all ages and sizes. We had a really disappointing experience with this trampoline park. Our children were gifted annual passes for Christmas, and we were under the impression that the passes would begin on the first date of use. Unfortunately, we later found out that the passes were activated from the date of purchase instead meaning we lost a significant amount of time without ever using them. Given our family's circumstances, this was especially frustrating. My husband has been dealing with serious health issues and hospitalizations, and I am disabled, so getting out hasn't been easy. By the time we were able to go, a portion of the passes had already expired. There was no flexibility, no willingness to work with us, and no effort to make the situation right. Policies are one thing, but customer service and basic understanding go a long way--and that was completely lacking here. I would strongly recommend others clarify exactly when passes activate before purchasing, because this was not made clear to us. read more

Foam pit NEVER CLEANED. My son Lost his phone in the foam pit. We tried to find it as 2 managers and employees said they don't EVER clean the foam pits... but the smell and fingernails and gross stuff inside was unbearable. We couldn't take it and had to stop looking. read more

It's a freaking scam that every time we go I have to spend $13 on more socks that fall apart after two uses. Do better skyzone. Love bringing my kid here. Easy 2 hours of cardio on the weekend, disguised as fun. Staff is young, but they're pretty good at keeping an eye on the facility. My son and I have the membership, so we frequent the facility AT LEAST 3-4 times a month. They recently re-did some areas of the indoor park to include some new games, which are all pretty cool and kid friendly for most ages. My one and ONLY complaint as a chaperone/parent/observer is that they seemed to have removed quite a bit of seating-- 3 or 4 couches aren't where they used to be, which really kinda sucks. They had couches conveniently placed around the place, which seemed to have been removed. So a lot of the observers who aren't jumping have to stand around or find somewhere that's not really "out of the way" -- so you have kids running around, sometimes running into you. Idk, they should bring back those 2 or 3 couches though. They made a difference. Good place to get your kid some exercise on the weekend and make some friends. My kid always has a blast and leaves sweaty, so I enjoy it for the simple fact that I can take him somewhere he enjoys and I know he's getting a good cardio workout for 2 hours. Glow nights are cool too, weekends 9-11 is a black light session. It's fun if there's a considerable amount of people. But uhhh...yea. Great place. Membership is priced in alignment with the value. But uhhh...bring back the couches. Thanks Keep your socks so you don't have to buy them time and time again. I have like 10 pairs of orange, green, and purple socks now. lol read more

Thanks to Nivea, Tyler, and Luke. We all had a fantastic time. You helped me plan the details down to a T. For the ultimate balloon set up I highly recommend on occasion @christinemccain do her balloon thing. For this set up she did a gorgeous demi arch and cluster balloon ensemble. I also loved the awesome transformer cake created by @samanthacakesnbakes. (I am providing my vendors in case anyone is interested in using them and wants to contact them on Instagram). Christine can make any balloon thing imaginable, and Samantha's cakes not only look good, but taste good too! I often have people messaging me on Yelp for referral info, so this time I am one step ahead of y'all. I was able to get an extra hour in the room by paying an extra cost, in addition to another room which expanded the space for the party. Sky Zone was also able to get me an extra helper at an additional cost (this was not confirmed until the last minute because it was based on staffing availability). All of these factors were so important because I needed that extra help and everyone else was watching either my kids or their own kids in the jumping area while I set up. Sky Zone friends, I appreciate you making this all happen. The party would have been much shorter, the decorations would have barely stayed up, I would barely have spoken to anyone, and my vision would not have become a reality if you were not able to accommodate my additional requests. For anyone assuming these additional items are free, please realize that there are charges for anything outside of a 2-hour party, and you will get about 15 minutes to set up before the halfway mark. If you want to do anything super elaborate, it is best to discuss far ahead of time, plan out details, and pay for what you need in order to get what you want. This place has a quick turnover for parties in general, which is okay for most people, but I needed more time, help, and space to accommodate my guests and set up. I just appreciate it all Sky Zone friends. You accommodated our Bumblebee transformer and cared for all the little ones. They all had so much fun. You were kind and caring and I honestly was not sure what to expect from a jump place. Kudos to you all for bringing Sky Zone to new heights. This five-star review is well warranted. Continue to make birthday dreams come true. Because of you three, Nivea's planning, and quick setup, Tyler and Luke were amazing in serving and assisting my guests. I took my 3 grandkids to this sky zone for the afternoon a few weeks ago. We paid $97.50 for this day but then 2 weeks later we get charged another $97.50. I chatted online with Sky Zone person and they said I must have signed up for continual usage for each month which I did not. She gave me an email address to express my concerns and after sending an email, I was told someone would get back to me in 2-3 business days, So 14 days go by and no response so I sent another email and still no response. I told the kid helping us that day that we were just there for that afternoon and was charged accordingly but again,, another $97.50 was charged again the next month. You would think someone would respond to my email concerns but no. Will never take my grandkids to this or any other sky zone again read more

I came here for a birthday party and our entire family had so much fun! The place is huge and there is so much to do. From slides, to swings, to even video games this isn't just a trampoline place. The party space was nice and big enough for our large group. The employees were helpful and nice and it was nice to be able to go inside the play area without having to play or jump. The one con was it was so hot! It felt like there was no air on and I wasn't even jumping. My husband was covered in sweat and I was very uncomfortable. We absolutely adore coming here and if you get a membership, it is completely worth the trip because you're not paying the fee for entry every time. My daughter is four and we started coming here when she was around 3 1/2 and she was completely overwhelmed and had sensory overload now she has complete run of the place and is mastering the obstacle courses and the zip line. You can get seriously busy on the weekend so I advise that you go a little bit earlier or call ahead of time to make sure that they are not at capacity. The obstacle courses are pretty hectic and the tiny area of obstacle courses for children under the age of five can get pretty hectic too, but the parents are always so courteous and nice and we've never had any issues even though it can be extremely chaotic and busy again on the weekends . read more

This is the 1st Sky Zone we've been to that I can remember, and this will be our forever Sky Zone. This location is amazing. There are several trampoline areas and several separate fun activities - zip line, obstacle course, basketball/soccer space, and a crazy looking slide. There's also a small arcade area that gives you a break from jumping. It's clean and staff was efficient and friendly. My son left feeling exhausted from all the exilerating fun!! read more
