First of all TSB is small, and the parking is a little tough. I managed to grab an open parking spot right in front and then got one of the three seats at the bar area. It looked like there was seating upstairs which is good because there wasn't much downstairs. Coosane NEIPA was a very tasty IPA. Wulver's Moon Scottish wee heavy wasn't bad but not my favorite Scotch ale. Although this is one of my favorite styles overall. Thelonius Funk hoppy black saison definitely had a hop flavor to it but it was pretty light. Mad Eye Raven rye oatmeal stout on nitro is one I had to try as I'm partial to beers on nitro. I liked this one. I only got a hint of the rye and I'm not sure I would have picked it out if I weren't clued in. Still, I enjoyed it as the rye was just kind of a bonus for me. I wasn't there long but the brewer was hanging out chatting with a couple of customers which is always cool. The whole place had a very friendly vibe and I would have stayed longer if I didn't have to be up before the crack of dawn tomorrow. I had their two IPAs, North Peak and South Peak, in honor of one of the first ski areas in New England, the Uncanoonuc Mountain that had a rail trail to the top. Great North is truly one of my favorite places to visit in NH. It's just as nice to stop in on a less busy day too as the staff is very friendly and love chatting about the different styles of beer they have. Often the owners of the brewery are right at the bar. A quick chat or even a more in-depth discussion with them will quickly show you how passionate they are about their craft. My friend and I both brew our own beer and they're always asking us about our own recent brews, sharing ideas and giving feedback. There's both indoor and outdoor seating, so even on busy days it doesn't feel cramped. They have live music weekly (Saturdays), board games for the family (as well as board game nights) and plenty of delicious snacks for if you get hungry during your beer sampling. My absolute favorite brew from them is the Tragically Hopped double IPA (available seasonally in mid-summer) Black Bear stout (often available in the winter) and their self-named Great North IPA, which is a delicious West Coast-styled IPA that's just as good drinking on its own as it is with a sandwich (or burger and fries if you see it on tap at a local pub).

We went in and it was just a very friendly welcome. Airy and spacious, with a high tech beer menu board that visually depicts what they have and how much is left. There are two main spaces for seating, the main storefront and next door, connected by an archway. The beers are superb. As an IPA lover, I started with their DIPA Alien Autopsy and followed it with the Sasquatch, a single IPA. My other half had the Blueberry and the Festival King, an imperial pumpkin ale. All were amazingly good. Ogie has a First Responder and Military Board where you can pay forward a drink so those folks who keep us safe, can enjoy a libation. I thought that was a class detail. The clientele was amicable, easy going and obviously, local. This is a unique place with first-rate beers.
