Pani puri was super refreshing (I would like to just drink the cilantro water), the Mumbai puri had so much flavor with the tamarind and yogurt, and the samosa chaat was the favorite, as it had samosas buried in toppings. Just delightful. The beer was good too, but the food clearly blew everything out of the water. Getting to finish off the meal with affordable 1oz pours of TH Handy rye and Old Fitzgerald 11 was a fantastic experience. You can tell the servers are very proud of their Indian food too.
